Without a doubt, Tarah deserves a 5-star rating. The townhouse was clean and well-stocked with the essentials. Having access to the amenities was a real plus- enjoyed being able to use the fitness center/pool and our dogs enjoyed the dog park where we met a lot of very nice people/dogs. It was nice that Tarah checked in on us throughout our stay. We ran into some issues with the weather and we appreciated that she was agreeable to extending our stay to help us out. Highly recommend Tarah’s townhouse and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Overall one of the best stays I have personally stayed at. Had pretty much all the amenities I could ask for plus more for a great price. Most importantly, it was dog friendly so our two fur buddies were able to experience north GA with us! (: We got to enjoy beautiful mountain views from the cabin itself, the neighboring town of Helen just 10 min away, and a couple of nearby hikes. One of the nights the water pipes did freeze over due to cold weather, but the host was extremely responsive and recommended a solution which we did eventually get all sorted out.

This is a perfect cozy cabin. Awesome location and everything we needed.

We recently came to town for our son’s high school fishing tournament. This house is in a great location, directly across Lake Hartwell from Green Pond Landing. It was a short drive by car or boat. Having Portman marina close by was also convenient for my family of fisherman. The house was very nice and just what we needed for our weekend stay. We will book again if/when we are back in town.

This place was amazing for me and my partners valentines weekend. The views were beautiful, cabin was clean felt like a hotel experience but better. The hot tub was very relaxing and the overall experience was very peaceful. Julie was very accommodating and nice. The only thing I would say would improve this experience would be a full body mirror other than that this place was amazing will be booking again in the future!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Helen. Melanie was such a great host, the airB&B was the cleanest we have ever stayed at & SO festive! She was so responsive with anything we needed, very accommodating and asked what we would like the thermostat to be set to, it was also so sweet to be greeted with water and mints upon arrival, you can truly tell she loves to host and it makes her happy doing it. Great location, close to town to do shopping, very walkable, so much space inside. The hot tub was amazing at night watching it snow and we loved walking back inside to enjoy the fireplace after. The bed was so comfortable and was some of the best nights sleep we had in a bit. We were visiting for a long weekend to celebrate our marriage as we didn’t get to take a honeymoon due to Covid and this was the perfect place to take a small getaway. We will definitely be back in the summer! Thanks again Melanie!

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The property was clean and easy to get to. We were in walking distance to all the shops, and the little park in Helen.

Our stay at this beautiful cabin in the forest was nothing short of magical! This place was perfect for our family, especially with young kids. The cabin is spacious, clean, and beautifully situated in a peaceful forest setting. We loved how relaxed and cozy the atmosphere was, yet it still had everything we needed for a fun-filled stay. The kids had a blast with all the activities available and the indoor/outdoor games area. We spent our evenings around the campfire, roasting marshmallows and stargazing, which was the perfect way to wind down after a day of adventure. The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, providing us with local tips and activities to make the most of our time there. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway that keeps the whole family entertained, this cabin is the ideal spot. We can't wait to come back!
