The house consists of a kitchen living room, a small shower room, 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with double bed and one with single bed, and a fourth bedroom in the attic with a double mattress, accessible by a ladder. A veranda with barbecue completes the set. My children's toys are available for young tenants. Cleaning at guest cost (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.

Close to a large white sandy beach...

We spent 12 days at Catherine's this January 2025. The house was perfect for the 4 of us with all the necessities inside. Well heated house. The place is quiet and access to a large beach by the ocean is a 3-minute walk. The village of Larmor-Plage is very friendly and has all the small shops. If you want a supermarket it will only be a 6-minute drive. We thank Catherine for her contact and responsiveness when needed. We'll keep the address!!

We spent a very sunny week in this very nice house, well-equipped, ideally located and close to a large food store (walking distance by a small path). Jacques picked us up at the boat and Marie was waiting for us at the accommodation for the visit and to offer us a very delicious cake (far) that she had made. With his vehicle, Jacques accompanied us on the day of departure, very convenient for luggage. So a very good place to visit this island which has remained wild with beautiful landscapes and small authentic villages. Thanks again to Jacques and Marie

A good place in the heart of Carnac Plage. Jean Charles is very responsive in communication. Situation in Carnac: beach 2 min walk, as well as shops. By car, Intermarché Super U less than 5min away. For parking, 2 cars can enter but take their time to maneuver the first time ( interesting in summer). House: it deserves a little refresh but remains very well equipped. 3 bedrooms with double bed upstairs with a water point + toilet. 1 bedroom downstairs. 1 bathroom. Large living room and double terrace. All the equipment mentioned in the listing is functional. Thank you Jean Charles, and I will see you soon

We are regulars of Penthièvre and, as usual, had a great time there. The kitchen in the accommodation is particularly well equipped and allowed us to cook at home. The location of the accommodation is ideal for swimming, walking, paddling, admiring the sunsets ... and all without taking the car! An exceptional place for all water sports, both on the ocean side and on the bay side. It's just a goodbye.
