Mark (host) and RJ (house manager) and the entire team staff made us feel welcome at home. The house is perfect for a nice and relaxing stay with delicious food all professionally prepared in the thatched roof kitchen and dining area with great views of the ocean. The pool is a great focal point with lots of seating surrounding it. The kids enjoyed beach combing during low tide. The nearby hot springs and hike to a waterfall is a nice 1/2 day excursion as well.

It was a three-generation family trip, and it was a very comfortable place to stay with my family. The barbecue and helper helped me eat well, and the children could swim every day, so it was a satisfying trip. ^ ^ Especially, the Savemore was right across the street, so it was convenient to walk to the grocery store, and it was so nice that the Noah Massage Shop was also nearby. It was my first trip to Cebu because the host connected me right away if I needed a grocery store or a travel company, but it was a very satisfying trip!! I'll definitely use it again next time ~ ^ ^

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. The beach villa is superb not just the facilities - gorgeous view, nice garden, lovely indoor/outdoor family room and delightful bedrooms, but the team on hand cooking and cleaning is absolutely thoroughly attentive and caring. What is more Mark himself gives great suggestions for local visits and attractions, helps organise logistics and really considers a visitor’s needs. The whole team is attentive, flexible and keen to please. They cook up a storm of fantastic local and western cuisines and take feedback into consideration. We had a fantastic stay and will happily return for another relaxing family holiday!

The place is great for a large group

We had our high school barkada Christmas reunion in the house, and our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house had all the amenities we could possibly need, with plenty of rooms to accomodate everyone. It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and had a truly cosy atmosphere. The caretaker went above and beyond to assist us. I would recommend this place to my friends and colleagues for any furture gatherings.

The place is awesome and the host is nice. I just would like to make some suggestion for updating some information on your listing like having corkage for bringing drinks but everything was so great staying on this place. Looking forward to stay again here. Thank you!

Hiram's abode is truly amazing! No wonder why it's booked 100% 30 times a month❣️The host is very responsive to my concerns. There was a time when I told him about the problem with the kitchen sink and he immediately dispatched a repairman first hour the following day! That's 100% customer satisfaction🥳. Leizl (the caretaker) and her crew were still doing some " final touches" when we arrived almost around 1600H. They were all friendly and have vibrant smiles. She did a quick house tour, enough for us to know the basics around the house. All rooms are with AC, including the sala/kitchen area. The only thing that needs improvement might be the wattage of the lightings. I would say that there was something to improve on the illumination particularly in the dining area and bedrooms. Nevertheless, everthing is great! And oh, there's no bidet spray in the bathroom😉

Amazingly spotless and well organized! We arrived late in the evening and still a quick check in. Great communication and very helpful. Don’t be intimidated by the neighborhood, very friendly neighbors say hello! Also if you hear the Taho guy come by in the morning, grab a glass and buy some for breakfast, very good! Very comfortable space even with 11 people!

My family enjoyed Jeanne and Justine’s place. It’s close to a Mall which had everything we needed. From groceries, to laundry, salon, restaurants and foreign exchange place. They had everything in walking distance. The host is very responsive to everything I requested. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. The price is affordable considering there were 15 of us stayed in their place. Thank you again. Til next time.

Great neighborhood to stay in! The neighbors were not bothersome, security guards were friendly and made sure they only allow authorized people inside the neighborhood. House Place was neat and clean. Wonderful host! We had a few light bulbs that went out and Paul immediately sent someone to fix them the very next day.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

We were a family of 14 people from ages 1-85 years old and coming from Tokyo, Doha & Manila. Just thinking on how to best accommodate everyone in our 8 days stay in Cebu (few days before the Sinulog Festival). We have found what we need here. This place is really a hidden gem in the city that we’re able to expereince. Apart from the amazing paintings all over the house, this 3 storey townhouse is perfect for us. Add the fact that the security of this property is a plus factor we considered. It is in a gated private community which has very clean surroundings and has a digital lock in the main door. You will really love staying in this place because of the simple yet elegant interiors that gives you “a home away from home vibe”. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cebu and have the same family concerns: elderly or kids - they can stay at the room in the ground floor with toilet and bath. Either way, we will still consider booking this place in the near future. Thanks Rex & team!

Beautiful very large place. Very peaceful and beatifull views.. Great retreat for a business retreat or large family. The host and staff were very accommodating. Truly appreciate the host and staff can't thank them enough.

We really enjoyed the pool, barbecue, and cooking. The manager, Langlan, was very kind and gentle, and at ease. It was a very pleasant trip for all 11 of us. It was more than worth the money.
