Family-friendly holiday rentals in Carcar City

The location was exactly what was needed for a family of 4 to feel at home but close enough to everything that we never missed out on anything. Convientatly located closed to cafes, restaurants and groceries. Close enough but far enough to never feel crowded. Security and staff were always polite. The balcony views of the sunset were amazing everyday! I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone and look forward to coming back one day!

It was away from the more busy streets, making it peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the solace.

Exceeded our expectations! The beat host you can ever have. There were no issues throughout our stay. He was so gracious and considerate and welcoming to our very large group and aside from that he was able to accommodate us with our last minute guest and reservations. We had a great 5 day stay at Konrad's place. Very accessible, friendly staff in Amalfi, and has it's own parking space which is very convenient if you are going to rent a vehicle. There is a gym and the pool is superb. Will stay again there if I come back to Cebu.

This is by far the best Airbnb place that I have ever visisted and stayed. It is exactly what is shown in the pictures. Excellent living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and oh my the view at the balcony is exceptional! What also stood out is the excellent customer service of Pearlie. She has been very responsive and proactive. My check in and check out were soooo smooth! This place is highly recommended! I would stay again in this place. Thank you! Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

Regien was very responsive and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. We are thankful he took us in even with our very last minute booking since we had problems with our previous reservation. The place was very clean and the caretaker provided us the things we need. The place and the view outside the balcony was lovely. We will definitely come back again

Great host! We requested an early check-in, and they accommodated us, allowing us to settle in earlier. There was an issue with the coded lock, but the host arrived quickly and resolved it. The condo is excellent, with a decent gym and a nice pool. It’s super convenient that there’s a shopping mall directly below the building, with a supermarket and several great food spots. The apartment itself matches the photos perfectly, and it was a pleasant place to stay. The water pressure in the bathroom could have been better, and a kitchen air conditioner would have been a great addition. However, the panoramic window view every morning and the overall cozy, home-like atmosphere more than make up for these minor inconveniences.

Villa Presito was a great getaway for me and my extended family of 12 who came from around the globe to spend some time together as a family. The pictures don’t do justice - the property exceeded our expectations vs. the listing photos. The two house staff were also very helpful during our stay, they cooked and cleaned up after us. On top of that, the kids loved the coconut tree climber who fetched us fresh coconut juice upon order!

We really enjoyed our stay during the weekend. It was really fun, we enjoyed the amenities and even Ma’am Dizah was really welcoming. The house help was really accommodating and helped us carry our things during our arrival. Looking forward for more gatherings to be held at Seaview Hill 🫶🏼

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for during our trip to Moalboal. The unit was spotless, private, and located in a quiet, serene, and well-kept gated retreat. It’s just a short walk to the ocean, and you can even catch a glimpse of it from the private patio—a lovely reminder of how close you are to the beautiful water. The villa itself was very comfortable, featuring a big, cozy bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities like an in-room safe. The beach, though rocky (bring water shoes), is stunning and perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The host and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even better. The location is ideal, with town only a 5-minute walk away, offering a great variety of restaurants, bars, spas, live music, and water activities. The retreat also felt very secure, thanks to its gated setup and good lighting. Overall, a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Moalboal in comfort and safety!

Great stay. The place is small but well designed. Everything works. Aircon is reasonable quiet for a window type. Internet is blazing fast. The host is very helpful.

Last year, after doing a lot of research, I rented this house with my teacher and daughter. It was so wonderful that we all wanted to stay again. So I'm very happy that we could stay again this year! It's in a safe environment, and there's a convenience store just a short walk away, so it's very convenient. Outside the area,there's a butcher and a place that sells vegetables right across the street, so you can easily cook at home. If you have any problems, just contact the guide and they'll help you right away. There's a water server, so it's more comfortable than a house in Japan. The toilets and kitchen are clean, and all the utensils are there, so you can relax and feel at home right away. I felt as if I was at a relative's house in the Philippines. I really hope we can stay here every year. Thank you so much!

The beach villa is superb not just the facilities - gorgeous view, nice garden, lovely indoor/outdoor family room and delightful bedrooms, but the team on hand cooking and cleaning is absolutely thoroughly attentive and caring. What is more Mark himself gives great suggestions for local visits and attractions, helps organise logistics and really considers a visitor’s needs. The whole team is attentive, flexible and keen to please. They cook up a storm of fantastic local and western cuisines and take feedback into consideration. We had a fantastic stay and will happily return for another relaxing family holiday!

Kudos and blessings to the property owners/hosts, Mam Luchelle Ann and Sir Ian, who, despite the high demand for rooms and accommodations during Sinulog 2025, did not overly increase the daily rent. Their listing is a "guest favorite" on Airbnb, yet the rental remains affordable. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Ms. Christine’s place is very convenient. It is just across Sugbo Mercado so food is not a problem. It also has a 711 downstairs just in case you forgot to buy something in the supermarket. The unit is clean and has the things listed in the description. Ms. Marie, the co-host is very responsive to inquiries also especially when I was asking for how to go to different places. Ms. Christine is a very kind host too. Over-all, we had a very good time staying at their place. Hope to book again sometime soon.

The unit was as described. Great location walkable to Ayala mall. With a kitchen could prepare meals for the day and water dispenser made filling up bottles to drink outside enjoyable pleasurable. It has a gym which was used and pool. It’s quiet which is nice and there’s a neat bar across the street to enjoy a drink after a day of sight seeing. Definitely recommended!

This apartment has excellent internet and a comfortable chair, which was important for me as a remote worker. The TV has Netflix too. Even though Dom & Nanette wrote on their page that the pool is paid, I hadn't noticed initially so unfortunately I didn't use it as much as I would have liked. I think the water pressure from the shower head needs to be improved. I would probably stay here again. Thank you!

Vanessa is an incredible host, she responds really quickly and gives clear instructions about check-in/check-out process. The apartment itself looked just like on the photos, which was honestly surprising :) Really well maintained and clean, during the stay Vanessa also offered complimentary cleaning which was really nice. All the amenities worked well, the availability of Smart TV made the stay even more comfortable 👍 Great area to stay in Cebu city it takes only 10 min to walk to the Cebu IT Park and condo itself is very peaceful and felt secluded & safe.

Had a great stay overall. Host is responsive and considerate of our requests.
