It was a nice, place with great energy. Affordable and near the places we wanted to go to. Rooms were clean and easy to get the temperature you want. The hosts were easy going. Overall loved our stay, thank you.

A+ stay- house had everything that was needed for a long weekend away snowboarding at Jack Frost. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Wish I could’ve beat the high score on the Pac-Man arcade game :)

Overall great stay at “Don’t Poke the Bear” for a quick weekend away! Lisa was very helpful & always super responsive. Our party were not skiers, but this location is very close to the slopes, with a walking path right behind the house, if that’s something you’re looking for. Very clean, super cozy. Plenty of amenities available, so you don’t have to pack too much to feel at home. Kitchen is stock well enough to cook a meal, if you’d like to. Various books & board games available too. I couldn’t think of anything else to add to make it better!

Abigail was super responsive and made for an easy and relaxing stay! Fireplaces were very enjoyable in the cold and the sun room has lots of bright light. Guests should note that there is only onsite parking for 2 cars with additional parking in an overflow lot about a 7min walk away. Super easy access to big boulder ski resort.

This was our first Airbnb rental. I was worried that the photos were not going to be accurate. I was wrong. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures and the coziest place. We didn't want to leave to do anything. Yuriy and Nina thought of everything. The detail in their setup was amazing. We brought two dogs with us and even they settled in nicely. I would love to come back to this house when the weather is nicer. We have already shared the property with people we know. They take great pride in the house and the experience of its visitors. I hope that all future visitors will show the same care and respect for the home as they do.

Spent a long weekend at Nate’s place to celebrate my little sister on her engagement. Nate’s home is situated just past the main entrance to Jack Frost Ski resort, and the slopes are less than a 5 minute walk by this gorgeous wooded path. There were 9 of us in our group, and more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable and plenty of linens, towels, and super comfy blankets! Nate and Laura were extremely communicative, they have a book inside with local recommendations (we hit several of these!), and they provided everything we could’ve thought of and then some. I would highly suggest staying here for your next trip to the White Haven area!

Stay at Jolanta’s house near the Shawnee mountain ski. So convenient that’s only half minute away from the ski parking lot. Room has everything needed, the extra ski storage is great for safe storage and convenience. Highly recommend. We only stayed one night, multiple nights could have come back for home made lunch that’s cheaper and delicious 😁😁

Great Airbnb host and stay! Eugene was always responsive and accommodating for late check out, above and beyond! Master bathroom could be cleaner, otherwise no other concerns regarding the house. Located in a gated community that requires a pass, must stop at the office to get one, somewhat of a hassle. Matched the pictures, great spot for family and friends, recommend!

This is a perfect place for a ski trip to camelback. Comfortable sleeping for all guests. Three cars parked without difficulty and overflow parking for the fourth car. Plenty of kitchen space. Multiple entry options on different levels. Walking distance to the slope for true ski in ski out convenience. Use of the pool and hot tub at the community center was great after a day of skiing. Checkout was easy.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was nice, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Seamless check in/out, and the instructions provided by Katya were easy to follow. Katya the host was responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back here.

We had a fantastic Presidents’ Day weekend in the Poconos. “My lake escape house” was well appointed with everything we needed or could ask for. Check in was easy and the house was clean and very comfortable. Its proximity to Camelback, Jack Frost and Big Boulder was very convenient. Our host Monica was easy to work with, very responsive, answering all of our questions promptly.

Cheryl's home was absolutely perfect for our New Year's visit to ski at Jack Frost. We cannot wait to stay in her home again. The location is close to the slopes, the neighborhood quiet and beautiful. We settled right in and felt at home in her space. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely home!

I can't say enough great things about my stay here. By far the most quiet and peaceful place I have stayed. I don't think I heard anyone in my full two months there! I loved my walks around the neighborhood down to the lake and passing by the deer. The photos in the listing do not give this place enough credit. There is a basement with a big screen TV and a bedroom I didn't even know about until I arrived. The master bedroom has so much space with a very nice master bath. The living room is super cozy! So much space and couch area to relax and enjoy the fireplace. Lastly, the host is very detailed, friendly and was very helpful!

The place has an amazing layout and interior space, absolutely perfect for us. It was clean and very easy to check in / out. Host was responsive to questions and also checked in to make sure things were ok mid-stay. Neighbors are closer than I assumed from the pictures but it's a very quiet neighborhood and had no issues there at all.

The house was very close to Camelback for Skiing, the parking lot was a minute or two down the road! Community was quiet and peaceful, perfect for our pup, lots of areas to walk him. Spotted deer several times throughout the weekend, too off the porch in the distance. The game room in the basement was fun for the kids and adults, hot tub was nice after skiing! Fireplace was great for ambiance and on the bitter cold nights. Cooked on the outdoor grill every night and it was conveniently located on the main level deck where the kitchen and dining room are. We had a blast, thank you!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The cabin was absolutely adorable, and it was so comfy to relax in after a long day of snowboarding. Mia was super responsive for any questions that we had. There was a plethora of parking, and she was incredibly flexible when a few extra friends decided to tag along.

Overall great stay if you're interested in going to the Poconos Mountains. We went to Big Boulder and Jack Frost for tubing, skiing, and snowboarding. Overall cozy space.
