Beachfront holiday rental in Carbon Beach

Traveling with 2 children, we loved Ron and Hadrian's place. Great location, quiet (with the background noise of the waves!), matching the description and pictures perfectly. Hosts were super responsive and helpful!

Great location and well decorated. 10 min walk to the beach, the strand, etc. Private rooftop was a nice bonus. Garage is very tight and tough for a mid size suv but easy street parking. Would definitely stay again!

Andrea's place is first and foremost could not be located in a better spot. Very easy access to LAX, Marina Del Rey/Venice/Santa Monica and really close to the 90, which serves as an express to the 405 Fwy. It is really steps to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. The unit is decorated well and very cozy. Andrea is also very, very responsive. I highly recommend her place!

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

We had an incredible stay at this Santa Monica house over the holidays while visiting family. The location is unbeatable—just one block from the beach and one block from Main Street, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and the ocean. The house itself is spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of five, with plenty of room to relax. It felt like a true home away from home. Our host, Summer, was exceptional—accommodating, responsive, and genuinely kind. Her hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Having stayed at numerous Airbnbs, we can confidently say this is one of our all-time favorites. We can’t wait to return for another visit!

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

We loved everything about our stay! Ocean views were fantastic! After a beautiful day shopping, dining and going to the beach to watch the sunset, we settled in and had so many streaming options to watch movies. Truly, a wonderful experience!

Great location, amazing view. responsive host, comfy beds. Super comfy couches near great restaurants coffee shops and stores. Parking and entry were a breeze. simple instructions. little deck area behind the metal street gate helped with unloading and dogs. Stayed a week, end came too soon.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Beautiful location. Great for walking, going to the beach and just sitting on the terrace.

I just got back from a weeklong stay at Peter's beautiful condo with my daughter-his place is fantastic! To start, the place is absolutely spotless. The furnishings and finishes are new and modern and we instantly felt at home here. My daughter and I loved sitting out on the balcony, enjoying the sunshine while looking at the harbor. The entire building feels like a resort and the staff are constantly cleaning and keep it looking shiny and new. We loved going downstairs each morning and walking around the harbor to look at the boats and water. The whole area is so peaceful-we just loved it! My one and only negative was that the shower pressure is very strong, but it would not deter me from staying there again-I can't wait to go back and would give it more than 5 stars if I could! If you are there on a Saturday, the farmers market is right next door, and it is awesome! There is also a little cafe in the front of the main building called The Hive-great coffee, smoothies and bowls!

Melodys plqce is a great location. The views are fantastic we even saw dolphins sitting in the patio. Host is very responsive and communicative.

This place had everything that you needed for a very nice day. The pool was available, but it was too cold to swim. They had a very nice gym. The only negative is occasionally it was noisy in the courtyard. There are younger people renting here. The garage was a bit tricky but once I learned it, it was fine. I would highly recommend this place.

Issue with the remote to get into the garage other then that it was a great location

Melissa's home was amazing! I loved every minute of it. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. She is so thoughtful with her service and as well as her beautiful home. The beds are truly the epitome of rest with amazing pillows of all kinds of levels from soft to medium to firm. My kids and I especially enjoyed the warm pool (with electric cover for safety) in December, not to mention enough towels and blankets for days. My mom and I loved making breakfast in their beautiful entertaining kitchen and sitting in their beautiful table to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The house was spotless, pure, clean and welcoming. You won't regret staying here, don't delay!

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

The most beautiful and clean AirBnB I've ever stayed at. The inside was decorated incredibly beautifully. Very clean, private, beautiful garden area. The view and walk to the beach made this 5/5 stars. I would recommend walking to the 'Coastal Access' beach that is just a minute walk from Geoffrey's. This place was perfect for a weekend trip to Malibu. A tiny note is I did have trouble checking in (not many instructions) and the landscaper was confused that we were there. Wish the hosts could have communicated a little more there, but not a huge problem as it all got figured out. :) <3

The house is in a great location with all the amenities you would want, as well as multiple bikes, boogie boards, beach toys and towels. Perfect for a family stay. It is an easy walk to the beach, good restaurants, or biking on the strand. Montie was very helpful and responsive, making sure we knew how to get in and operate everything. Great home for a family beach getaway.

Everything was wonderful! It was a very comfortable home that provided a relaxed vibe and provided an amazing private patio. We walked to great restaurants within 5 or so blocks. The hosts were super helpful with local happenings. Manhattan Beach is on a hill so everything is on an incline around Manhattan Beach…wear good walking shoes.

Had a nice stay here in Manhattan Beach. Home was clean and Aaron was a helpful, responsive host. Having 2 separate bedrooms was nice. Very short walk to the beach and within a 10-30 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, and breakfast spots. Would recommend!

Great location & nice unit, exactly what I was looking for..... will def stay here next time thru LA. The rooftop deck is a cool bonus. Saw the green flash on the roof deck @ sunset for only the 3rd time in my life..... once before @ Barbuda & once @ Tahiti 🤙

My Mom passed away & flew in from Florida to have her Funeral Services in Southern California which is where I grew up. My stay was set up to be right after all the services & a much needed peaceful space to grieve. Venice Beach was 1 of the many Beaches my Mom & I enjoyed together. I would love to come back & stay with my Adult kids & Grandsons in the future. It would accommodate us all & be a great place to create fun memories together with my family.

Gary was accommodating to anything we requested. He was friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, walkable to restaurants. Inside could need some minor updates with kitchen appliances but overall, great for stay.

Great place! The pictures in the listing matched the place. Walkable to the beach it maybe took me 1 minute to get there! In person check in was very nice. The parking spot was very tight but my compact car fit just right.
