Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Caraga

The villa was excellent. It was modern, clean and well kept. The keepers are very friendly and accommodating. They completed our stay. Wonderful experience! Thank you for the great memories.

I knew I was gonna love this place before I came here and so it happened! I fell in love with the tiny loft the moment I stepped in and I ended up extending my stay cause I’d never want to leave. The loft is so cute, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Rebecca’s attention to details really shines through. If you are a remote worker as I am, it’s a great match, it’s peaceful and quiet! The neighborhood is my fave on the island: kind local people, great carinderias, walking distance to the beach and no noise. Especially no crowded streets as in GL. However, the hosts: Rebecca, Kian and Lyn, made my stay the best thing ever. I am a solo traveller and I felt Rebecca and Kian could be my shelter or parents away from home. They were the nicest persons and helped me with every little thing while settling on the island, from the bike rent to recommendations. So yes, I ended up booking on of their other Airbnb to be around them for longer. So please treat the loft nicely!

It's such a lovely place to stay. I really enjoyed my staying. I felt at home right away. There is privacy and the bed is comfortable and the shower is good and the kitchen is a kitchen. You can't ask for more. I would be happy to stay there every time I'm in Siargao! Besides, Jay is an outstanding host. Really a great guy! And I also got to meet Eytan (he's usually in Switzerland) and he's a great guy too! Always happy to help with anything needed and fun people to talk to. I really highly recommend anyone coming to the island to stay at their place. Thank you very much :)

A really lovely place! This should be a gem in Siargao. Also, Jen is the most hospitable person; she did everything to make this stay convenient, including helping us book transpo. She is very responsive and helpful.

very nice place to stay

As evident by Jan’s background, the technology that’s built-into the house reflects his love of technology! Almost everything is smart-driven, especially the electricity management because when you leave the house with the smart key, most power shuts down in the house, maybe except for the fridge??? - until the time that you put back the smart key in the slot it’s supposed to go back in. The a/c units in the bedrooms also didn’t cool down to the desired temperature(s) and mentioned it to Jan. The house is centrally located. It is cute and cozy for a group of 3-4 people. One thing to be aware of is that the second room and bathroom is only opened IF you rent the entire house with at least 4 people. Since there were only 3 of us, I had to pay for a 4th person so we can use the entire house. The one thing that we had to adjust and mentioned this to Jan during our stay was the supplies and toiletries. You can just Jan about it so he can explain what he does to cut the cost down.

Wonderful place, away from the main tourist areas. Beautiful beach front with secluded beach. Communicative host. Spotless and well-equipped place.

We were a group of 11 in the family. We enjoyed our stay with Leopoldine and Maxie. The terrace was our living room fronting the water. We will definitely consider to stay with them again someday!

Natalie and Adam were very proactive hosts and were very helpful with every questions we asked them about things to do in Siargao. We didn't need a guide because Natalie told us everything we needed to know. They were also helpful with our needs. The accomodation was very clean, free of clutter, and spacious. The area is pretty hidden so you need to be careful on how you get to the place, but if you're going to rent a motorcycle (which is a must in Siargao anyways) you won't have any problem. Location wise, it is on tourist road so the nightlife and food is at your doorstep. If you love pets, there's a very friendly cat (we didn't know the name so we called her "Untog" since she likes to bump her head against you) so I think this is something to take into consideration if you have animal phobia. Overall a great and smooth stay, and would recommend it if you are a group of 3 or 4 friends.

Jennifer is a great host: responsive and helpful. The place exudes warmth and is walking distance to different restaurants and bars on tourism road. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space.

Ms. Rochel was very nice and understandable of my situation. I had several mishaps with the time and had to check-in late, and she was always available for my updates. She still greeted me with smiles and helped me get in even at 8pm (which was pretty late in the province). The place was very warm and cozy with nice furnitures, and had ample space for the rooms. All necessities were provided and it even came with complimentary treats. I had no problem getting in and out of the compound. And the best part is, it is very close to the airport (just 10-15 minutes away) - which was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Overall, a nice and relaxing experience. Would definitely come back and stay again at her place. 😊

This was a fantastic stay for our first time in Siargao and honestly one of the best air b n b’s I’ve stayed in - the decor, location, surrounding area and the hosts being so quick to respond. They have a clear guide book for great recommendations from surfing, bars and restaurants. Eva was super helpful for organising airport transfers and the check in process was super easy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay. The place was clean and had a homey atmosphere that made us feel comfortable. The place was secured and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, making the stay even more convenient. The owner was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a stress free stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and reliable place to stay!
