The host Gabriela lives in another state, but there was a person responsible for receiving us who also served us very well, Gabriela is very attentive to answer all questions and flexible about the times of checkin and chekout. The apartment is very spacious, cozy and clean, privileged location, only 250 m from Itaguaçu beach. Great place for those who want rest and tranquility. The building is very calm, with quiet and gentle neighbors as well. It's well worth it. 100% recommended, we intend to go back.

The place is wonderful, the sea view is perfect! The only "problem" we had was the lack of water, but the person responsible was proactive and came to turn on the pump to fill the water tank. From what I understood this lack of supply is a problem of the municipality. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped, a place of great tranquility. Local is legal.Felipe has always been proactive and quick to fulfill our orders.We lack of" pots" to store food. A little insecurity with portao without a safe bad lock,then he got a chain and padlock. Village TIP: need for air-conditioning or rod fan in the room, plus safety for portoes, perhaps a larger barbecue for eight people became small, and the living room sofa,is with springs /sunken seat,we sit a few times on the boards. But, we would return, absolutely, just a few adjustments are missing. Happy 2025!

It is a spacious and comfortable house, located very close to the Prainha (the beach we liked the most about San Francisco do Sul); a very safe, quiet and family friendly area. The place had everything described in the post, the WIFI worked very well. The kitchen of the house is very spacious and complete. It also has a comfortable grill in the garage sector. The house turned out to be more beautiful than the expectations we had created for what was seen in the photos and is also located near downtown and Enseada beach. The cleanliness is impeccable and the host was always ready to facilitate our stay.

Hosts helped us in everything, helpful, communicative, wonderful people! The apartment was extremely clean, the location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, it sells enough that we hardly even use the air conditioning. Rooms are spacious, I liked it more personally than for a photo. The hosts live in the house below, which made it all easier, helped me with everything. Me and my family stayed for 1 week and loved!

Joselita's place corresponds 100% with listing. The apartment is very nice and practical, well equipped. The condominium includes swimming pools, sports courts, super organized and safe. There is a loading and unloading area in front of the entrance of the building blocks, the garages are in a specific building, close by, but necessary to unload the car before placing it in the space. The vacancy is wide, easy to park. The beach is practically private for the residents of the condominium, with excellent balneability. The condominium has shops on the ground floor of the garage building. We found the Vila Market, with the essentials for everyday life, supplied our needs. There are two coffee makers and the 7 Mares restaurant, which serves portions on the beach (order by cell phone), as well as executive dishes during lunch and burgers in the evening. Barra Velha has larger supermarkets nearby, but it is necessary to use the car. We had a great experience and we recommend the space.

The stay was great! The best things are the wonderful view and the easy access to the beach. The condominium is very safe (everything through digital) and very complete, it has many amenities (toys, pool, court, private entrance to the beach, swimming pool, jaccuzi...). The apartment is beautiful and served us very well. It is worth highlighting the follow-up of the host, who was polite, sympathetic and very requested, provided a sensational assistance. I indicate with eyes closed!
