Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cappadocia

Our group of 8 (2 families with kids) really enjoyed ourselves at Mirac’s place. It was the perfect location as a base to ski Erciyes. As an additional service, our lovely housekeeper Fatma prepared breakfast and dinner for us for our entire stay - and the food was simply wonderful. Mirac was also a very flexible and helpful host and I do recommend his place very strongly. Take note, you would need to have a car to travel around easily.

The family intimacy and meeting our needs were extremely caring and relevant, it was a place I could want to stay again, thank you 🙏

The place was clean, the host communicated very well, and the location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed waking up at sunrise to watch the hot air balloons overhead. We also appreciated the private parking pad and close proximity to restaurants and touristic places.

Metin was an amazing host. He communicated about everything very clearly. He was available for all the information regarding hot air balloon & everything else, throughout the duration of stay. Emre took care of us well with the stay, breakfast & recommendations. I would definitely stay this place for my next visit in Cappadocia.

Best place to stay for a self-driving tour.The house is very new, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the supplies are all high quality.Ali, the housekeeper, is very good, enthusiastic, professional, passionate, responds very quickly and helps us solve various problems.If you don't want to live in a noisy location, this is your best choice, I recommend it!

Esra is an excellent host, very responsive and from the moment we booked to the moment we left, she went above and beyond for us (with the property and also helping us to arrange various activities locally throughout our stay). We occupied all 5 rooms which worked very well for our group of 7 (lots of space). Property was as described and it was in a good location to get to different parts of Cappadocia easily. Great place, house has all amenities and convenient location in Cappadocia

The cleanest, well equipped and wonderfully located Airbnbs ever. We stayed here for three days and it almost felt like home. Extremely spacious kitchen with everything you need. It’s in a peaceful location just 6-7 minutes from Goreme and other key attractions. Osman and his family are the sweetest and most wonderful people. They’re setting a benchmark for other Airbnbs. I would highly recommend this place for families and larger groups.

I have use Abnb across Europe and America and with no doubt this host goes above and beyond. They respond to your questions within minutes. They actually came one night and started a bonfire for us when we contacted them to ask where we could find wood…. I was not expecting them to show up within 10 min and do it for us. To say more the place is so much better than the photos. It is a beautiful private villa, with your private patio and also has a terrace which I don’t think is even in the pictures. The location is great within walking distance of the many restaurants and coffee shops. If you rent a car to visit all the kapadokya area, no worries you have your own parking spot. I highly recommend this place. I highly recommend y
