Holiday rentals with a pool in Capo d'Arco

I was in Castiglione della Pescaia for a week with my family and dog. I had a really good time at Flavia's place, very clean, very nice location and well-kept garden. I have to say that it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation.

Very friendly hosts, they met us on a road and accomanied to their place. You can park your car right by the home in the gated area. They have gorgeous and modern home with 2 levels. All furniture, appliances and staff are new. Very comfortable beds and a sofa. You will have a big terrace where you can enjoy a dinner with fabulous sunset. I would highly recommend that place especially for families with kids.

Great villa to enjoy some tranquility and relaxation, in a very convenient location to visit the sea. The accommodation has all the amenities to enjoy a great vacation (parking, dishwasher, air conditioning, possibility to eat outside, etc.) The pool is beautiful, with the possibility of bathing even after dinner! Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

We stayed three families in the house, a total of 14 people, and we had a very nice and relaxing week. The house has two well-equipped kitchens that we could use when we had the house to ourselves. There's also a large hall with pool table on the ground floor. The garden is relatively large and well kept with good parking facilities. There is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds and sofa and table under umbrella if you prefer the shade. The owner who stayed in a nearby house greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. She also had tips on activities and beaches in the nearby. Communication with Alessandro was excellent. Quick and good responses to our questions. Everything worked very well during our stay. The only minus is that the house is a little secluded and it takes you to have a car if you are going to get somewhere.

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

Everything was perfect, check-in was still possible despite our delay. The only negative was that the briefing was in Spanish and was not possible in any other language. But Google Translate helped here. This was due to our own delay. On site, everything was as mentioned in the description. Great area, great people and great accommodation.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Francesca was very responsive and helped out with everything. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return in the future!

The accommodation fully met our expectations. It is located in a quiet residential area and offers everything you need. We also really appreciated that we could use his washing machine. The car can be parked well and safely at any time. Stefano is a very nice host and if you have any questions or concerns you will get an answer within a short time. Veronica was a real darl'! She greeted us coming lately from the airport and made us feel very welcome. Being the only guests at the place shortly before the season ends we surely felt like queen and king at this remote and beautiful venue! Thanks for everything, Veronica!

A thoroughly authentic and rustic Tuscan home with delightful views and a private pool in a peaceful setting. An attentive host and clean kitchen with more than all the essentials meant an easy and relaxed holiday.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

We loved the villa. Everything was as described. A car is definetely needed as shops and restaurants are not close by. The villa offers a huge pool and outdoor dining area. What we loved was the outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. In real everything looks even better then in the pictures! The check in and the communication with Ila went perfect. We had a few flight reshedules and she was always available and flexable.

We enjoyed the time in a big, beautifully furnished house, which consists of 3 independent units, the one downstairs being a great commonplace for whole group. The host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Our two dogs loved the big, fully fenced garden with lots of space for seating and enjoying the views of Scarlino. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.
