Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Capo Coda Cavallo

Giovanni has been extremely accommodating and helpful when our arrival was delayed by several hours. He waited for us until 9pm and drove us to the house, and welcomed us the day after with plates of local delicacies. The house is perfectly located to drive around and visit the East coast (there's a lot to see). It is simple but comfortable and clean, with a great terrasse. Dorgali has everything you need (bakeries, supermarkets, bars) 10min driving down the road. We really enjoyed our stay !

What a wonderful home for a family stay! Beautiful terrace, direct access to the beach, perfectly equipped. Great sunrises!! In addition, Paolo is very available. We were very sad to leave it.... Ideal accommodation

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thanks for having us!

The house is super nice. Very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Close to the beach and with supermarkets and restaurants nearby although you have to go by car. We would definitely do it again.

We were looking for something quiet with our dog and were very happy with the location, the garden and the quiet surroundings. Above all, it's a nice and modern place where we immediately felt comfortable. Modern kitchen, great amenities even with dishwasher and washing machine. Everything is great. Two bedrooms with big beds and a sofa in the living room. Clean house. It was very nice stay here.

Very good stay with Valeria and Alberto. We had very good communication from Valeria who gave us plenty of advice on places to visit, restaurants, markets... Everything you need for cooking was there. The apartment was very clean and the residence was safe. A 10min walk we were on the small promenade of the city center with children's games. Everything was perfect, thank you again. 😊

Mrs. Fabiola was super available, meeting all our needs. The house is cool, there is all the essentials and the location is great if you want to be in the middle of the greenery and a few minutes drive from the sea. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

thank you Romina for your hospitality and availability, for our holiday week we had everything you need. The area is really excellent to enjoy the sea, to get around by car and to reach the center of San Teodoro. All services are close by. An extra point is for the accessibility to an ecological air inside the residence that allows you not to worry about the disposal of separated waste... aspect that in the previous stay (not here) had created not a few problems. Olbia is a very nice and quiet town, from which it is easy to reach attractions and entertainment offers are not lacking. The listing description is accurate, everything is very tidy and clean. Chrystelle is very kind, quick and proactive in resolving small initial problems. We had a great time and will definitely be back to visit.

A very nice old building apartment, everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Great view from the balcony. Good starting point for things to do in the mountains or to the sea. Only in the shower comfort there is still room for improvement. Mari is very friendly, helpful and very easily accessible. I'm sure we'll be back!

really very close to the airport. 5mn walk. Without being disturbed by the noise. Shops within walking distance as well. It was perfect for our last day in Sardinia.

Great location, very peaceful in September. Shame that other guest of other properties need to pass through the outdoor space to get in and out.

The apartment is located in an extensive and very well maintained property vacation complex. Not far away are some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But also Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is very nice. Everyone was easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were happy to have a firm base. At the beginning of October it is very quiet here, hardly anyone was there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 min away by car, as we shopped for the whole stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family plenty of space. Internet was very good and we could easily see movies with us via the firestick. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Great cozy place feels like home.

I was staying with my family, 4 people, at the beginning of October. It was very nice the quiet location, proximity to the sea and the nearby town. Beach right at your doorstep is beautiful for swimming. Car is recommended for excursions and shopping.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

For us the perfect place for autumn holidays - hardly any people, great beach weather, beautiful nature and exciting excursion destinations (stalactite caves, mountains, Oasi Biderosa Nature Reserve, dream beaches). Super ice cream shop and good shopping in the village. The apartment has everything that you need and is really tastefully styled. Melania is an absolutely professional, responsive and generous host.

Erik' place is a fabulous well furbished and equipped apartment. it stands out for the great cenrtal location that enables you to reach the beach (no more free since 2024) by walking while being at the heart of the village for pleasant evenings (however if you need quieter places i recommend places far form the center) Erik is a fantastic host: super responsive, clear and open to any request. his local support for cleaning and last mile requests is super I have already been in santa teresa several times but this time i was in the best location for my personal needs (a family of 5 plus 2 hosts for few days) many thanks to Erik again for making this holiday special!
