Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cape Kiwanda

It was a beautiful home and wonderful place for a family reunion and engagement!! we will be coming back every year for our anniversary!!

Deb was an amazing host! Let me check in last minute and made sure everything was set and ready to go for us. The house was beautiful and clean and the beds were super comfy, we enjoyed our time there.

We chose this location because it was pet friendly and had a hot tub. Our expectations were exceeded. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions and provided some goodies for our family, including doggos, at check-in. The check-in/out process was extremely easy. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We had all the tools available to cook and serve everything we wanted. The hot tub is pretty well secluded considering how close the neighbors are. The yard is fenced on 3 sides, which is perfect if you don’t have jumpers or climbers. We would absolutely consider this property again if we choose to return to Pacific City.

This house is absolutely lovely. The hot tub was hot and it works well. There's ample cooking/eating wear. Plenty of pillows and beds were comfortable. The dog areas is great with the exception of the little ones can slip right under the fence. It not a large area but its perfect for getting them out. I really enjoyed my stay at this house.

My husband, two dogs, and I needed a weekend getaway. My husband and I were celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary in Rockaway and we were thrilled to find somewhere close to the beach that allowed dogs, had a hot tub, and had a fire pit. We never used the fire pit or made it to the beach because it was so stormy but we had a great weekend. Our dogs frolicked in the yard and we enjoyed the wide game selection. The place is stocked with everything we needed, including a ball for our dog (we forgot hers at home!) and extra towels so we could dry off the dogs after coming in from the rain. The hot tub was a great escape in the rain - I just wished I brought flip flops to walk to and from the hot tub and inside. Our favorite local restaurant is Barview Jetty Taqueria (a food truck) which is just a block away. We absolutely plan to come back and to bring friends!

We had 4 couples stay at Cindy's home for a nice relaxing weekend. The home was lovely and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 4 couples to stretch out or hang out together. Beautiful and peaceful setting. A short walk down the street to the beach public access. Cindy was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely return and stay again.

The home was clean and cozy and easy to access. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you’d need for cooking. There’s a cabinet with spices, honey, oil and some dried goods which was helpful as we forgot to bring honey for tea. The TV was super tricky to figure out (even with following the instructions) so that was a bit of a frustration for the hubby. Just a warning that the jacuzzi can’t be used past 9 pm so keep that in mind. We never got to enjoy it for that reason. The price point was still great and we’d definitely book again.

Linda's cabin was a total dream, and we are already hoping and looking forward to staying there again in the future. The house, hot tub, neighborhood, amenities, and local advice were all even better than advertised, and the communication throughout the process was easy, helpful, and incredibly kind and friendly. Just a truly beautiful home with so much care and love and warmth poured into it. The cabin of our dreams, and probably yours too!

I'm delighted to write a review. This cabin was my childhood beach house from 1971-2002. I was so excited to have to opportunity to stay in it again. My cousin flew in from Nebraska and away we went. So many fun personal memories. We loved it. Coming back with my brothers.

We've stayed in Karima's place several times. It's the perfect size for us as a couple and has all the right amenities. It's so peaceful in the winter and we love watching birds on the river. You cannot beat the view, from the dining table, from the hot tub, from the bed, it's just gorgeous. Thanks for another chill, scenic stay!

Absolutely loved our stay. Karen’s place was extremely clean, cozy and well stocked. She added nice little extra touches for us as it was our honeymoon getaway and we really appreciated it. The house has everything you could possibly need for a quiet, peaceful weekend. The hot tub and sauna are fantastic and made it feel like our own private resort. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone. Karen herself was very responsive and proactive in helping provide house instructions and local recommendations. The location is beautiful and a delightful retreat from city life.

Best Airbnb stay I’ve had! First, the communication and personalization- I told Darius and Andra I was taking the weekend with a friend as a relaxing bestie vacay before I have a baby in April. They did a number of things to make the stay more pleasant for me in my pregnant state, including adjusting the hot tub to warm bath temp, providing decaf coffee and other pregnancy- friendly snacks, and, most touchingly, gifting me and the babes a beautiful hardcover children’s book that’s a favorite of their own kiddo’s. Second, the setting and decor - you can see the beach waves from the Loft, but it’s also nestled amongst the trees for privacy. I’ve also never been in a more artfully decorated space. It was peak seaside hygge. If the person who decorated that place hasn’t already gone pro they really should consider it. Within moments of walking in I requested an additional night’s stay. I’ll be back with my whole (expanding!) family in the summer for a longer stay. 10 stars!

This is among our top Airbnb stays… what an incredible place! Tucked away and private but so close to the coast and many beautiful things to see and do. The host was great and had so many amenities. The view, the hot tub, the location—it was all 10/10!
