Very good apartment for money. We have stopped in Dax on our way to Bordeaux, night in the village, and it is a cozy, clean and modern apartment. Maybe the town area is not the best, since it is on the outskirts, it enters the center of the village and the train station, which can give a little sense of insecurity during the night, but the truth is we have had no problem. On the other hand Stephane and his partner have been lovely, very clear with the directions, the apartment is careful, and the parking is fenced, so it is safe to leave the car. Without a doubt, it is a place we would value going back to if in the future we think about visiting the village.

Access to the Great Beach is direct, which is really a plus! Another plus: surfboards and bodyboards available. Just a detail: the apartment overlooks a fairly noisy boulevard - plan to sleep window closed! Apart from that, our stay was perfect and we recommend this address 100%

Excellent stay in this very well arranged accommodation and ideally located a stone's throw from the ocean beaches. The apartment was as advertised and very clean. Lucie's smiling welcome was also much appreciated. A place to recommend!

The big plus of this apartment is the swimming pool with a magnificent view of all Biarritz and Anglet, the 2 cities are within walking distance in 20/30 minutes which is very pleasant because you walk along the ocean to access it. the studio is small but well arranged, quite a bit of storage and tricks to save space so the retractable bed in which we slept very well! therewere shower towels + psicine which is quite rare and pleasant. We were hosted very well by Corinne who was flexible on departure and arrival times, we recommend this place and come back with pleasure!! the only downside would be the difficulty to park there are free places on the street but they are rarely free , so you have to turn a little in the neighborhood

Great experience! A super functional apartment, a dreamy view overlooking the Grande Plage. A great location giving access to all amenities, you can't do more central. Finally, the hosts are super nice, attentive and responsive if you have any problems. It's literally The Place To Be.

Camille is a very pleasant host and very flexible on schedules. He was also very flexible with the unscheduled arrival of one of our daughters. The house is functional in a very secure residence. A little clarification about the accommodation, the children's room does not have a door and is communicating with those of the parents. We had a lovely week in Soustons.
