Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Capalbio

We were able to make a very last-minute reservation to stay at Terry's Airbnb earlier this month. The space was absolutely wonderful! It's in a very peaceful setting and the apartment is extremely well appointed and very clean. Terry made us feel very much at home. She even had AMAZING home baked bread and incredible olive oil waiting for us when we checked in. She also had the home stocked with cereal, milk, coffee, etc. It was just perfect. The home is extremely spacious with a living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. On site laundry was also available for a very small fee. The home is also stocked with books and games. Terry is a truly amazing and welcoming host and we love the opportunity to stay at her home in the future.

We had a really wonderful, pleasant and comfortable two-day stay. Great location of the apartment, located in front of the sea, quiet area, well connected and therefore super accessible. Impeccable cleanliness, as well as the host Luca, always available and ready to assist us with every request. We will definitely be back!!!

Michela is probably the best host we’ve ever had. Very responsive and clearly excited to share their special place. We stayed in November in the off-season and it was beautiful but quiet. Things are closed for off-season, so plan accordingly if you are expecting a bustling town. Some of Michela’s favorite restaurants were closed but we found some great local places in town and enjoyed cooking. Fish market was open! We’d love to come back in high-season.

Andrea is a fantastic host, the stay was impeccable and the communication was easy and timely, not least he perfectly managed an inconvenience created by the person who stayed with me.

The house and location are simply a dream! Thank you very much, dear Christine and dear Christian, for providing us with this beautiful place! We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding excursion destinations are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available for questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also on site with her family for a few days, and it was a joy to meet them. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this cottage! Thank you for everything!

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.

excellent experience with Raffaele, even if only for one day he was very helpful on everything. The house is delicious and very clean. Our dog Ettore thanks too! We will definitely be back to enjoy it a little more!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

Without a doubt, Casa Agata was the best stay we have ever had on AirBnB! The location is incredible - Pitigliano is truly a magical place to visit. The apartment itself is so thoughtfully presented with so many wonderful touches inside. We felt right at home and would love to have stayed for longer. Highly recommended!

Patrizia was a great host, very kind and very helpful. As soon as she arrived, she gave us great tips on places to visit and places to have lunch nearby. She welcomed us with a delicious tart and biscuits for our little dogs. The house was thoroughly clean and complete with everything you need, including firewood! We also found the location very convenient, surrounded by nature but a few kilometers from several very nice villages to visit. We had a really great weekend!

The proposed place was comfortable and well-maintained. For a work trip, it had everything you needed. Although I have not used it, I emphasize the presence of essential things both for breakfast and for cooking such as coffee, oil, salt and everything you need for hygiene. The space is rustic, but well maintained in perfect harmony with the place where it stands. The rooms and the comforts offered are excellent. I only point out the somewhat steep stairs for those with mobility limitations or difficulty in movement.

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

We had a great time at Marco's place. The apartment was spacious and cool even on the hot August days, and was very well equipped. The pool shared with other guests allowed to cool off and the house was well located and with unobstructed views. Radicofani is a very nice village with some shops and restaurants, and within an hour's drive you can visit many interesting places.

First, Orvieto is a beautiful town with some breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, lots of history and things to see and do. Lucia has recently done a complete restoration of her apartment. Everything you could need is there and more. This is an emaculate property in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay here next time in Orvieto.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Amazing apartment. South-facing over a picturesque sleepy harbour. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants you need in town. Can’t wait to return.
