In the heart of the Hatainville dunes listed site, at the gates of Cape Town, 5 mins walk from the beach, duplex and private garden. Cathedral ceiling living room, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, dining area, fireplace, bathroom, toilet, dressing room, kitchen. Upstairs, an open mezzanine bedroom with sea views. The duplex is located on the first floor of a house in the pedestrian hamlet of Les Mielles ( very quiet) Free wifi, possibility of remote work. Gay friendly.

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the huge beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the market town and its shops. (5 minutes by car - 15 minutes on foot). The listing is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a pétanque court.
