nicoletta has an amazing place. she thought about all the small details to provide the guess everything they need for their stay. the house is beautiful and very clean, the furnitures are high quality. Nicoletta always answer fast to every message and provided fast and professional service. she has 2 very cute dogs that I enjoyed them around. highly recommend!

Very spacious and comfortable house located in a great location to visit the Tagliamento River and several natural attractions such as Lake Cornino and the Biotopo del Acqua Caduta. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Andrea is a kind and helpful host.

Alessandro's place is in a great location. it is surrounded by mountains, which gives a certain charm. We wanted to hike in the dolomites and the location was perfect for that. There are several restaurants in the area as well. Alessandro was very responsive and answered any questions we had. I would recommned this property.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The location of the house is unbeatable if you are looking for privacy, peace and quiet. Breathtaking views of the vineyards and mountains. The house is beautifully renovated, clutter free, and very clean. Our baby was accommodated so well with a lovely big cot, high chair and even a toy chest full of toys! Really can’t complain about anything at all. Arianna is a great host, she was so accommodating, helpful and flexible. She also provided so many recommendations for things to do in the local area. Highly recommend and hope to be back in future!

Lovely flat 6-7 minutes drive from the bottom of the Marmalade lift station. Very nice hosts. Very much enjoyed my stay for sking.

Great communication, flexible at check-in, available for any questions and needs, apartment well heated, clean and quite equipped. To be considered for those who rent that are not provided: oil/coffee, body soap/shower shampoo, and servicers. There are paper scraps but they are limited. Outside the house, there is a small shop where you can buy what you need.

The apartment is nicely located on the sunny side of the valley. It was a quick downhill walk to the stores, restaurants, and the Seiser Alm ski lifts. Less quick on the way back up, but nothing to worry about. The Seceda lift is almost next door. We walked, fully geared up, back and forth to both lifts without a problem. The kitchen is a bit small but well stocked.

Irene is a fantastic person! Definitely beautiful apartment, clean and with all the comforts you have at home. Spacious rooms, large bathrooms, spaces suitable for optimal management of 6 people. Very quiet location, the stream that flows a few meters from the balcony creates a perfect background for moments of relaxation. Parking space under the house and a magnificent garage for another car. Perfect vacation, absolutely worth repeating. Thanks Irene and see you soon!!!

Great cozy place right by the slope. Can accommodate comfortably a family of 4 but also a group of 6. Loved the scenery viewable from all large windows

it was such a lovely break. the place was so cozy, warm and quiet spacious for 2 people. the kitchen is well equipped which was very useful. the fireplace made our stay extra special. tho the noise from upstairs woke us up every night, nothing too dramatic, i think it’s just a thin ceiling. a cute place if you’re visiting the dolomites for the first time and not sure which area you’d like to stay. you can access to the iconic super ski points and spa within 1-2 hours from this place.

This was the most beautiful place, nestled in the gorgeous, green valley and out of the way of any traffic, noise, and crowds. The house was perfect and so large. Had a lovely living room, kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. We travel all over the world with Airbnb and this was one of the very best we've ever stayed at. Daria was super responsive to any questions and we were met at the door when we arrived - it was a total 5-STAR Airbnb for sure. You'll love it and thanks for allowing us to share in this lovely home. We just loved it.

We stayed in the chalet in late December and early January Very nice and clean house, great location both for the spectacular view and for the proximity to the slopes We had a great time even with a small dog who ran around in the large garden surrounding the house Jacopo is an available and kind young man. We hope to be back soon.

This was a fantastic home base for my daughter and I to make day trips from. Very quiet and serene environment. The views from the patio were incredible. We hope to be back again. Nicola is so nice and helpful in recommending places to go.

Great place for a family retreat !

Our 16-day stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely amazing! In addition to its beauty, Villa d’Or is warm, cozy, comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The hilltop location overlooking surrounding villages combines with the stunning backdrop of the Dolomites - to give the villa its spectacular setting. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the rural atmosphere while being within minutes of groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy - all we needed for our stay. Villa d’Or was a perfect home base from which we explored the region. It was also a perfect base for days of staying home and relaxing by a warm fire. Nicola is a fabulous host! He was very accessible whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. His advice on restaurants, gelaterias, and the neighboring towns was excellent and most appreciated. Also, Nicola speaks very good English - a big plus for two Americans who do not speak Italian! Our holiday at Villa d’Or exceeded all our expectations!

Large house, really charming and very well maintained. We spent a pleasant weekend with friends in this oasis of peace and took advantage of the outdoor grill. Stefania was very helpful and ready to answer our questions. Great base for exploring the surroundings by bike or for organizing treks.

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

Nicoletta was a warm host. She gave us some great tips. The house is large, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay there. If we return to Ponte di Piave, we'll be happy to come back to Nicoletta's. Thanks to her.
