Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cannes

Very functional accommodation and having a large private courtyard, Rémy has always been responsive to our requests and very welcoming, we highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

We would like to thank Benjamin for the wonderful week we spent in his house this summer, as we were able to meet with my children, parents and grandparents. Indeed, the house offers several units, which is ideal for family gatherings. The interior is air conditioned and very functional. The salt pool is well maintained and safe, it has been a real asset for our sunny days. We also loved the variety of games and activities available, both for kids and adults, like ping pong, pétanque, archery and swings... The location is fine, only 15 minutes from the Polygon Riviera and 2 minutes from a large Intermarché and a bakery... Finally, Benjamin's listening and kindness was much appreciated. He was able to meet our needs and was very responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this house!

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

We had the most wonderful stay. The place was so ideal for young children (we had 6 under 5 years) and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. The trampoline and also the safety fence around the pool were great features. Samantha was so incredibly helpful and always responsive. Thank you so much! Very good stay at Cindy's with 3 toddlers and 2 dogs. Pablo Picasso beach with its parking (for a fee) is very good and easy to access. Quiet residence with super nice neighbors. Very welcoming house. The air conditioning in each room is very very pleasant, especially with the high heat we had. The games for children as well as the tubular pool were a real plus too . Cindy was accommodating and attentive and always available. Super stay, really not disappointed.

Very nice place! Our toddler loved the playground 30 meters away for 1 to 4 year olds. At the same distance is a bakery and the fine sandy beach is a small walk through the park. The house itself is nice in every way. We doubted the privacy of the garden in advance, but because of some beautiful trees you sit here privately and all the connecting windows belong to the apartment. At the kitchen you can see that a cooking lover's house is. We were kindly welcomed, definitely recommended!

We had a great vacation in a great apartment. The apartment is in a very good location in the city center and everything is easily accessible by foot. Damien is a very responsive and understanding host ( we arrived at the apartment around 11pm and this was no problem for the key exchange). We'll be happy to go back

John's apartment is stunning. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It can be chilly in Nice in the winter but the flat was always cosy and warm. John and Dorine, who looks after things in Nice are so helpful and friendly and all the communications were clear and easy and very responsive. Dorine was even able to let us check in a bit early which was very much appreciated. The local neighbourhood is also great, with a much more local feel and packed with great restaurants. Shops and the essential bakery all close at hand, a 5 minute walk to the Promenade, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 mins to the station for day trips. Absolutely perfect for us and hope to come back for another winter trip to Nice before too long

Large apartment, very well equipped, very nice stay

We liked Mathieu & Mélanie's apartment and perfectly rounded out our beautiful winter week in Nice. It almost exactly matches the photos. The fantastic central location is unbeatable. And if you like it absolutely quiet in the middle of the city, you get this at any time of the day. You look into a green courtyard, but you don't have direct sun in February. The apartment is probably the ideal place to stay on hot summer days/nights. But we also loved our " cozy cave" in February. Heating is great. Everything is clean and appealing . What you don't see in the photos is the extensive and high-quality kitchen equipment. Everything is available in sufficient quantity. For example, there are really good pots of Tefal for the induction stove and not the cheap aluminum pots with broken covers that you have to stumble around so often. Basically cheeky Mathieu & Mélanie with nothing. Come back anytime!

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment in a quiet residence. The pool is a real plus and the terrace is beautiful and spacious. Very friendly welcome from Roland. We recommend this listing without a second thought. Nearby bakery, rotisserie and pizzeria.

Very nice stay at Manon's. The apartment is nice and as described. The residence has many advantages: beautiful impeccable swimming pool tennis mini golf playgrounds The studio is missing a coffee table, the bedside lamps of the upstairs beds in the entrance do not work and it is missing a few small details (laundry tongs for example ) but nothing very serious The neighbors around the studio (with children in particular) were a little noisy every day... The directions for the lock box and location were clear We would recommend this experience

Excellent stay in this very well equipped apartment super clean and above all ideally located ( beach, port, shops, markets,restaurants...) Maryline is very kind and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back.

The apartment is very well maintained and we felt like home, having everything we needed. The washing machine was very important, especially when you travel with children and just the hand luggage. We were wondering from where to buy some beach chairs and an umbrella, but for our surprise, they were at the apartment, plus some beach toys for the children. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, train station and bus stops. There are some shops, but we prefer to get the bus, travel 10 min, to do the shopping at Lidl or E.Leclerc, which have much better prices. Being so close to the train station was an advantage, as we traveled to other places by train, being much faster and cheaper than by car or bus. Having seen the beaches in Monte Carlo, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St Tropez, we can say that the beach at Golfe-Juan is the best: sandy, clear water (especially in the morning), no jelly fish, not crowded. Apartment as described, near the sea and with a very large swimming pool in the residence that was very uncrowded in the second half of August. Very clean and perfect welcome with Heidi and Jeroen. Nothing to say

We had a lovely stay at Amria's apartment. It is very spacious, very well decorated and very functional. We appreciated the ease of access to the internet, the TV with Netflix, kitchen amenities, and a very comfortable queen bed. Amria is always ready to answer questions and her husband can come if needed. The presence of underground parking is a huge plus. We will come back here without pb.

Sabrina's place was comfortable and clean, quality bedding. Sabrina was responsive and very accommodating.

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment.
