Arrigo’s place is beautiful and is located in a charming and peaceful corner of Venice. The bed was especially comfortable and warm, the flat was spotless. Arrigo allowed us to stay for a late check-in, which was very helpful in our situation. We’ll have wonderful memories of our stay.

As soon as I entered the room, it was stylish, very spacious, comfortable, and I was impressed.The location was also very good, close to the boat dock, and very conveniently located within a short distance to St. Mark's Square and supermarkets.I didn't get to meet Paola in person, but the response was quick and friendly, so I was able to use it without worry.The washer and dryer were also available without any problems, which was very helpful for children.Thank you.

Nadja was very kind and very helpful. The host had to face an emergency due to the malfunction of the Saturday morning heater and in the afternoon she was able to resolve everything! Wonderful and very cozy apartment, attention to every detail and impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommended on every front, thank you Nadja for everything ❤️

This is a great home to stay in while you visit Venice. Such a great location as well, highly recommend it over lugging all your baggage around this beautiful city. Brilliantly located apartment for the Biennale sites, but also for catching the evening sunshine down on the front at Giardini and eating well locally at places like Nevodi. The apartment is highly compact and one of two in the same old building in a lovely quiet neighbourhood in Castello, just off the Via Garibaldi. If you’re going with friends or as a family of four, you could perhaps rent the whole of the upper part of the building? As previously reviewed, the bed is SUPER comfortable, and the bathroom has new fixtures and fittings which all work well. The kitchen is equipped with most things you need and Dr Borella has it stocked with basics and a bottle of sparking wine for your arrival. He’s a very responsive host and has arrangements set up for baggage that you might want to leave in the building after check-out time on the day of your departure. In summary, he has worked hard to make your stay welcoming, comfortable and a success.

It’s very easy to reach Ursula. She is very responsive and prompt in answering any question. She even recommended useful tips and suggestions that made our stay worthwhile. The location is safe, accessible to transportation, and reasonable accommodation. I would rate her place as the top from among the 3 places we have stayed. The description of the property on the website is close to our expectation. We are satisfied customers.

My stay at this Venice apartment was truly unforgettable! The location, directly on the canal, was absolutely enchanting and made for a magical experience. Situated in the heart of the city, it offered the perfect balance of convenience and charm. The host was extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything was seamless throughout my stay. This was undoubtedly one of my best Airbnb experiences, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Venice!

This little gem is amazing!!! The staff was wonderful, and so welcoming and kind. The room with all its charm was spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The view over to Venice at night, watching the sunrise, so relaxing and beautiful. Our host bought breakfast of cappuccino and warm cornettos to our room! Easy access to the vaporettos and fast boat to the airport and train station make this the perfect spot. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Can't recommend this lovely authentic spot enough. We'll be back as soon as we can.

We loved our stay with Isabella. We were within walking distance to several great restaurants and cafes. its alsona great location to take a bus or train in to venice. Isabella made us feel comfortable and welcomed. would totally come back or recommend to a friend

Our stay in Venice was perfect. Daniel is a very kind person, we love to meet him!! as soon as we arrived he received us with very clear instructions on transportation and recommendations from places to know. Our experience was perfect thanks to him. Not to mention the cleaning of the room and the bathroom that was impeccable. The room smelled of clean bed linen, we slept perfectly well. We will certainly return to your space when we return to Venice. Grazie!!!!

We were in Padua for a conference and had a great stay here. The apartment was very clean and it was nice to have the small grass yard outside, where we had breakfast in the late summer sun. We used two of the bikes available with the apartment and it was easy to reach any place in the old town in 5-10 minutes. Angela was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for the very pleasant stay.

Staying at Paola’s place is something that I highly recommend. She is very communicative and nice ☺️, gave us many recommendations and tips for the public transport. The room was exactly like the pictures, as well as the bathroom. We had an amazing time in Lido and we are planing to come back to her place again!

Always responsive, super friendly and had the house prepared so nicely for us. There was complimentary coffee, snacks, water, Prosecco, etc. it was only a 5 min walk to the bus that took us straight to Venice. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The apartment is in the heart of the San Marco district. All the major attractions are a 5-minute walk away. The supermarket is around the corner. The house has everything you need and is comfortable on the first floor. Overlooking the balcony, experience the walk of a street full of authentic shops. Alessandro is a good host!

We had a great stay. The apartment was well equiped, clean, the beds were super comfy. We were a couple minutes from the vaporetto, and close to many options for restaurants and market.

We spent a almost a week in the lovely apartment by the sea. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Venice but stay outside in the more relaxed Lido area. There a nice restaurants and cafés as well as small shops nearby. We enjoyed staying in the carefully designed apartment. Federico was a great host, who gave us a personal reception and gave us tips about the area. Eventhough we were delayed, he waited for us unti we got there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back another time.

absolutely perfect for a stay in Venice. Easy to get to from airport. bus costs 10 euros but a taxi is 40euros and so, with 4 of us, a taxi made sense. Brilliant communication especially as our flight time changed and so we were arriving after check in time. Gaspare met us at the apartment. Lovely spacious accomodation. 2mins to bus into Venice and a large supermarket opposite. Gaspare could not be friendlier and was also able to sort an issue where my son had left a headphone in the apartment after checkout. Highly recommended.

Maria's place is in her image... amazing. The cleanliness of the accommodation, the little touches (lit candles, bottle of Prosecco...), provision of everything you need, including blood oranges with citrus press for the morning. Maria sent us everything we needed to find the place because she couldn't be there, even going so far as to make a short video showing the way to go from a nearby spot. Really nothing to say. Thank you again for your hospitality, which made our stay an incredible memory. I recommend 100 times. Love love love!😉

Absolutely loved this home! It was so special and thoughtfully decorated. Cristina and Frederico were also incredibly kind and welcoming - truly the best hosts that I have ever experienced using Airbnb. Cristina personally met us up on our arrival, took the time to ensure we were comfortable, and even had a map to show us were to go on the island. There were also so many personal touches throughout the home. It is clearly loved and they are so happy to share it with guests. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit during our time in Venice but I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to friends and family. It was very conveniently located near the Pizzale Roma train station and was within walking to so many wonderful things! Cristina was also very responsive with any questions and provided us with so many wonderful recommendations during our stay. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful home! The pictures don't even do it justice. You will not be disappointed!

My boyfriend and I had a really nice stay. The apartment is super well located making it easy to take the bus to the airport and to Venice.
