Luciano's space is outstanding ! I confess that when I saw the publication on the platform, I hesitated for a moment because I thought that so much color in the decoration could get tired, but on the contrary, the energy of the apartment is very good, the space has a lot of personality, it is very functional and practical. The cleanliness is also the strong point, the wonderful location, the building is great, quite safe. Luciano is a very friendly, helpful and pleasant host. It has always been available. The bed is good, the air-conditioning (there are 2) work super well, the bathroom is spacious and the solutions they found for the apartment surprised me positively. Very innovative distribution and organization. I recommend it without a doubt. It was worth it!

The house is great! Almost a private paradise. Although simple is very well-equipped, it has a huge and incredibly well maintained garden and the best possible location. The great luxury is to spend the day in contact with the sea and nature. We love it and will definitely be back.

The apartment is very good , comfortable , quiet and an excellent location about 50 or 70 Mts from the sea . Quiet area, the street on the q is the apartment ends in the building or only the cars that go to the building carport are the q circulate there . Happy hosting and attentive to any concerns . The truth is thankful to Simone and Patricia who welcomed us. We will definitely return to that apartment.

It is a beautiful place in an environmental protection area, the garden is paradise, the ocean view from the gallery is unbeatable. The exit to the beach on the right has a first part of piritas instead that do not make it very comfortable, but later on it is nice. There is also on the left another exit to a very small and beautiful beach to enjoy relaxed. The house is very complete and we couldn't take advantage of everything that was available
