Holiday houses in Canandaigua

Can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is. Bigger than I expected. Very clean and large open rooms. Lakeside with gorgeous views. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but the home was so comfortable we enjoyed our time with friends. Definitely more than enough space for our group of 8. Also plenty of parking spaces. I would absolutely stay here again!

You have to experience it to believe it. The wow factor of walking into your home and seeing The Lake was so special. The drive through the onion and soy farm was such a cool experience. We knew we were somewhere special. Unique. We feel like we won an Airbnb and VRBO contest for the best and most beautiful find. It is private, more than you could ask for... deer, bald eagles, and all the other birds. The boats - not that many, but plenty to stare at. The sunsets. All 13 we saw. Every one of them was special. The house has everything you would need. A very thoughtfully laid kitchen and the baths were new and clean. They were loaded with beautiful towels and shower soaps. We had three stormy days while we were there, and we had such a memorable time. During the rest of the stay, we had the sun with us every day and beautiful September weather in the 70s. our stay at Jamie's was fantastic! we brought our kids for a long weekend ski trip. The lift is very easy to walk to and the lodge is right nearby. The house had everything that we needed and plenty of extras. the storage unit for the skis was perfect (and even equipped with a sled for our youngest son to us). Overall, it was perfect and we look forward to booking again!

Denise’s home was beautiful, comfortable and convenient for our needs. The rooms were spotless and very cozy. The bathrooms were sparkly clean and even stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a humongous help as I usually forget my own when I travel! Denise was so responsive and attentive to any of our needs. Her father was a huge help during our stay and came by anytime we had a question or needed help with something. We were able to bring our fur children which was a huge bonus. The fenced in yard was great for my girls who were able to roam free and do some exploring in the snow. The addition of the large dog crate and dog runs were also great. I loved seeing that doggy shampoo, dog poo bags, some dog toys and even a muzzle were available if needed.

great place. my kids loved the house and especially the games and whatnot that are part of the rv park (right behind the house and included) The hosts were great and responsive. They went out of their way to make our stay fun.

It was just what was advertised. Nice area and would definitely rent again.

Cheryl got us in on short notice and her house was exactly what we needed while we waited for our house to close. The house had plenty of room and all the amenities (Keurig, pots and pans, dishes, toiletries, cleaning products, etc.) for 3 adults. The street is quiet and close to everything (Wegmans, Walgreens, Target, etc.) One of our favorite things about this location was that it was within walking distance to Sunscape Farms.
