Very nice house! Small and cozy, perfect for a stay with six adults. André was also very friendly & responded quickly.

We had a very good time at Mike's place. The surroundings are very beautiful and the house is very enjoyable too. The weather was on our side so we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the pool and to swim in the river Amstel and to use her pebble board too. Staying there with kids allowed them to use the trampoline daily and to play in the garden. There is nothing (town, shops) at walking distance so for that you need to take the car but the view and beautiful landscape you get just by looking outside the windows when you wake up is worthwhile!

Our stay at Maaike’s place was lovely and surely a holiday week that we’ll always remember. Very recommended for families with kids since there is lots to do in Noordwijk.

Typical Dutch little house with very tasteful decor. Very nice, quiet backyard, everything exactly matches the photos. There were four of us, 2 adults plus two teenagers, spent a week in the house. There was nothing missing. Heiloo is a small town, there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Good starting point for excursions by car or bike to Egmond, Bergen or Alkmaar. We will be happy to come back.

We are delighted with our stay. A total change of scenery, in a peaceful harbor. The space is modern, clean, and includes everything you need, or even more. Bas is very friendly, attentive and responsive. We recommend this listing with your eyes closed.

If you are on Retro, a highly recommended location. Wonderful to relax and unwind. Will we repeat in the summer and then it's on the water 😎

A beautiful, well and tastefully decorated house. Large living/dining area with open fireplace. 600 m to the beach, 100 m into the dunes. We had a lovely time.

The stay at Onno was really great! The house had everything you could need as a family - lots of games, trampoline, beach toys, and even plenty of usable bikes of different sizes. Really great was the tranquility and of course the hot tub. The oven in the house has still underlined the Nordic ambiance and created a lot of coziness. The small strainer coffee machine was a great surprise and otherwise the kitchen was super equipped. All in all a very successful holiday thanks to the beautiful accommodation.

The accommodation is very cozy, well decorated and there is everything you need. Communication with Teun & Anja was easy and prompt. The location of the accommodation was great, 10/15 min drive to the beach or to go to Leiden (very pretty town). I just wish I knew you had to go through the room to go into the bathroom and toilet, which was not very convenient when our 20-month-old daughter slept in the room before us. But it was only for a few days. I would recommend the place.

We stayed at Els & Bart's house over the Christmas holidays and would come back any time:) Very warm welcome on the day of arrival, the house tastefully decorated for Christmas. The house is even more beautiful and cozy in real life than the photos show. The beds are great - we all slept wonderfully. The house was clean. And fully furnished :) The enclosed garden area was perfect for letting our four-legged friend run in the morning:) very pleasant friendly neighborhood. Very quiet and private location. Many activities can be started from the house on foot or by car - dunes and sea are also easily accessible on foot. The place Egmond ain den Hoef is small but nice and lovely and has a few family restaurants. All in all: Thanks and Els & Bart and we can recommend it to anyone

We had an amazing two-month stay at this lovely place! The neighborhood is fantastic for families, especially if you enjoy peaceful walks, greenery, and animals. Very close to the house, there are multiple playgrounds, which was perfect for us. Plus, public transportation makes it easy to reach nearby towns (highly recommend to visit: Edam). The hosts were exceptional—always responsive, incredibly thoughtful, and provided us with tons of local insights. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The house itself is great! It’s spacious with beautiful natural light, a big garden, and even a sauna for extra relaxation. We couldn’t have been happier with this arrangement and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay.

The entire stay was very enjoyable and I was happy to able to book this stay with my friends on such short notice. Everything was really nice and communication with the owner went very well. I can definietly recommend it.

The place is small and very cozy, exactly as described. Surroundings are quiet (and above all beautiful!) but within a few minutes you are back in the city by car - ideal location for a trip to Haarlem, Zandvoort or Amsterdam. Ruud lives right next door, is very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and say thank you! :)

We had a wonderful stay with our children in Noordwijk. Carina and Ard Jan are very polite and helpful hosts. They welcomed us personally to show us their property and provided us with helpful information for an interesting vacation at their site. Carina and Ard Jan's house is very comfortable and stylish with a special artfully designed flair. Everything was as described. We already think about another stay at their house.

What a fantastic find for a couple of days, check in time was flexible and fons met us with all instructions and information. Such a well thought out house, I can see why a family would enjoy living in the house and the surrounding area. Fons was a great help with information on how to travel into Amsterdam centre. Feeding the rabbits was an extra joy! We would 100% recommend and book again.

This is a beautiful house in a perfect location close to the dunes and beaches of Noordwijk and Noordwijkerhout. Great location for cycling and walking with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The house makes you feel right at home and is beautifully decorated. Bink is a responsive and friendly host. We would definitely love to stay here for our next trip to the area!

It was a fantastic and peaceful place for 2 nights. Location was great and interior design was excellent. Everything is available in the accommodation. It is highly recommended.
