We loved the apartment! It was clean, spacious and in the perfect location for the metro. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a second bedroom downstairs! ◡̈

Great location near the Seine with nearby transit.

Amazing location. One train from CDG which makes getting there super easy. Apt is tidy and just as described. Lovely big shower! We were 2 adults and used the pull out sofa. It's tight with the sofa out at night but doable. 3-4 adults, I would say you would need to be very tidy with your stuff. The pull out sofa was comfortable which was a nice surprise. Host was very responsive when you needed his help.

Our stay at Sarah’s place was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Paris. The location is perfect as it is in a quiet area and really close to the subway and several buses. The apartment is very cozy and had everything we needed for a confortable stay. There are awesome restaurants and great bakeries only a few steps from the apartment which was super convenient! Sarah was very communicative and easy to talk to and made sure we had all we needed at all time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope it will be available next time I’m in Paris.

Such an incredible experience in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. We were so lucky to have stumbled upon this apartment and had an amazing time living like locals. We explored all over Paris during our two-week stay but kept finding the restaurants, cafes and bakeries in this part of this city were the best so we didn't have to gofar. The apartment is on the top floor so it gets lots of natural light and was very comfortable and quiet. Jérôme met us when we checked in and gave us great recommendations for places to check out nearby. He was very communicative and super easy to work with. We highly recommend and hope to get to revisit soon!

I stayed at Eric’s apartment with my 3 year old and 9 year old and we had a great stay in Paris. The apartment had everything we needed and is literally minutes on foot from several metro lines (so also quick connections to the RER train network - which we used for Disneyland and Versailles). The loft bed is up steep stairs and you have to navigate a beam but we all managed! Eric and Benson were both kind and responsive when we did have questions or needed to get in touch.

Overall we had a nice stay. The house is very clean, close to RER A. Eric is very kind, thank you very much.

In addition to the listing being as described in the listing, Amandio and his wife were exceptional with us. They helped us with everything during our stay. If it weren't for them, our trip would have been compromised because of the strike in Paris. My family and I are so grateful for everything.

A really good stay here during Olympics. Quiet surroundings with a short connection to the centre of Paris. Claire was really communicative and quickly helpful with minor questions we had.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Saint Maur, close to shops and the RER. Parking on the street is easy to dry. Sebastien is a very friendly character who made me laugh at times. I'll go back there, and I'll go back

Our stay at Kevin's was just amazing! Check-in was extremely easy, with very good instructions. The apartment is ideal – nestled in a quiet area, but only a few minutes' walk to the metro. It was the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodation was impeccable and tastefully decorated, with special attention to detail in every room. The bed was good, the kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to prepare our meals easily, and the living room was a cozy space to relax after a day of exploring. There is a fan that is super helpful with the heat. I highly recommend it!

This studio is a marvel for us: - on the 6th floor, with elevator - Stylish building - view of the Canal St Martin, and its lock with the Seine - view of the Eiffel Tower - orientation to the west, so very beautiful sunsets, and the sun opens into the room in the evening - lots of sky and space - ideal location for us, because we did everything on foot: Gare de Lyon less than 10 minutes away (we were coming from Aix en Provence), the Bastille at 1/4h, as well as the Jardin des Plantes, and the Grand Mosque of Paris (restaurant, tea room, hammam), Coulée Verte 10 minutes away, ... - Very comfortable bedding, large shower. Catherine, our host, is both discreet and present if needed (she lives nearby). We'll be back of course. Jacques and Mona

i had a pleasant stay in Malika's apartment! The location was perfect, close to public transport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The place is very quiet with beautiful views of the Seine. In addition, Malika was very welcoming and available for any question. I would highly recommend this rental.

Simply amazing. Our stay was wonderful; Samy’s place is incredible. The view is hard to beat, Samy was super responsive and accommodating, the place was clean and comfortable, the building felt very safe, I could go on. One thing to note, this place is on a main road and is very busy. We kept the windows open and it did not bother us but I saw reviews from others complaining - go into it knowing what you’re paying for and it’s not the fault of the host, it comes with the territory. Overall, one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at and I will be back! Thank you, Samy!!
