There were four of us on a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior decor is simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and supermarket. We used the heating at night given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season. Very responsive and helpful host.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Quiet but not isolated location, peace and quiet, mild weather even on New Year's Eve. Cozy house is not missing anything, a fenced garden and a terrace with a view. Walk directly from home. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We'll be back!🤩

We spent the holidays over Christmas and New Year at the apartment. Adriana welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always immediately on hand for any questions or problems. The location of the house is ideal, a nice terrace overlooking the sea and city, maximum 10 minutes walk to the promenade. The outdoor area is completely fenced, and therefore ideal for our dog. We stayed in Nice for a week as a family and enjoyed the place there very much. The amenities were great for us, a really well-equipped kitchen, a large and furnished terrace including BBQ. 👍 Raphael was always quick and helpful to our questions, came by herself twice and even provided us with the private ping pong table. 🏓 The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and so we only traveled by bus and train. We highly recommend this apartment from Raphael! 👍💪👌 Great!

We had a lovely stay at Davide's house. This is a very nice family home, full of charm and with a soul. The interior of the house is very well equipped. We feel the generosity of the owner. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool with a Jacuzzi is fabulous. The garden is very beautiful. The exterior is well appointed to rest and have lunch in the shade. No complaints. We'll be happy to go back. We also thank Serge for his welcome, kindness and recommendations for visits and good little restaurants. A real favorite.

The place is in a beautiful place, great view, quiet place. Wonderful experience. I can only recommend. The only thing was that they write that the pool is available year-round... Yes it is. Clean and available. In winter, but just for hawks. I thought it was somehow heated when it's year-round to use... It's not. Maybe write it - just for the hardy in winter... Otherwise, but great, there's nothing to complain about. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely loved Stephane’s place. We were a group of 4 and a little dog and couldn’t have been happier. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and full of lovely indoor and outdoor seating and lounging space. The pool area is private, peaceful and very clean. The house is incredibly well equipped with everything you need to cook in which we did most nights after long days exploring. You are in a quiet residential area. There is a big grocery store and boulangerie just 10 minutes walk. St Paul de Vence which is adorable and charming is 10 minutes drive, 20 min drive to airport and 20 min to central Nice. Probably ok with public transport but better with a car for seeing the many charming villages in the region. Stephane was at the place to warmly welcome us and was super quick to respond to a couple of queries . A perfect south of France getaway!! Merci !!

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

This unique place is an oasis of positive vibes. We highly recommend the place. Alain and Agnes are wonderful people who have sweetened the holidays with great tips and nice conversations. For children (including infants) it is a paradise. The many animals, the pool and the playground are just a treat!

Good location, beautiful garden, public parking available

We spent a week in the beautiful house made available by Ben, recently renovated, clean and fragrant and just a 10-minute walk from the beginning of the pedestrian center. Nothing is really missing, everything matches the description and what has already been reported in the other reviews. The parking space on the property and the silence at night are the real highlights. Definitely go back!

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

We had a good time, the apartment is equipped with all amenities, a balcony and a terrace above the apartment whose view of the gulf pays off of the small effort to do when walking the uphill street to reach the apartment. The owners are friendly and helpful.

Our stay in Italy with Imperia was very pleasant. We had the pleasure of spending a week in a beautiful place that delighted us with its diversity and sustainable charm. The owners, especially the friendly hostess Anny, welcomed us warmly and took good care of us throughout our stay. On the first evening, we were spoiled with a homemade pasta dish prepared with fresh vegetables from Anny's own garden. Anny was always available to us, whether in person or via a messenger app when she was not on site. We highly recommend this place. The combination of sustainability, friendly hospitality and beautiful surroundings makes this property a great holiday destination. We will certainly return.
