Holiday rentals with a balcony in Campo nell'Elba

Stefano is friendly and resilient. The flat is as expected. There is AC. It has large balcony with view to sea, comfortable bedroom, bathroom, well equipped kitchen. The free beach is max 10, downtown is max 15 minutes on foot. And the most important thing: S.Vincenzo is the best base point to discover the magic Tuscany.

We found the apartment well cleaned, modern and well-stocked decor (blankets, extra pillows,..). USB sockets, large, functional bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, also well furnished. There are two balconies, both of which can be eaten outside. There is a "lounge" area and two sun loungers on the terrace overlooking the sea. You can't help but feel on vacation. Ideal location for those who want to be not in the center, very quiet and the view is simply magnificent. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach (both free beach and the possibility of renting sunbeds/umbrellas) and in about 15 minutes you can reach Procchio 8ristoranti/bar/grocery store). We were four adults, the spaces were functional. There are covered parking lots. Definitely recommended!

Great apartment in the wonderful Bay of Viticcio. The apartment can safely accommodate 6 guests. The plus to mention are the large outdoor patio with BBQ, balcony overlooking the wonderful Viticcio sunsets, washing machine, washing machine, bathroom with bathtub/shower, kitchen complete with everything you need and not least the proximity to the beaches easily reachable on foot even with children. Suitable for those looking for total peace of mind. The welcome upon arrival could not be better thanks to Carol, a very kind and competent person who will immediately make you feel comfortable in addition to providing the best tips for a great vacation. Note: The apartment is managed by the international agency Interhome with which it is quite cumbersome to interact. Despite this, it was possible to change the reservation with some effort. It was also necessary to leave a deposit of 300 euros, which was not initially specified at the time of booking on the AirBnB website, but only at a later date when submitting the reservation confirmation by Interhome about 10 days before the vacation.

Outstanding experience. First of all, Luca (landlord) is extremely responsive and always ready to support. Thanks again ! Apartment (1st floor) is clean, perfectly furnished and spacious, as described by unit description. Private (covered) parking right next to the building is a great asset. Location: 5 mins walking from Marina di Campo's city center and beaches, local shops and Conad/Coop supermarkets. Perfect base to start visits to all the main Elba's attractions.

We had a great time on Elba. The house can be reached in about 20 minutes by car from Portoferraio and you can shop well on the way. The house is elevated and you have a great view. A car or scooter/motorcycle is an advantage. The place was easy to find and since we had contact with the host, it was no problem to arrive late. We were able to check in directly and felt very comfortable right away. We were very grateful for air conditioning. Our host also gave us directly tips for beaches and restaurants in the various villages and was always available to us. We were able to relax really well!

Agency was very helpful, friendly and quick. Accommodation: Top location and good quality equipment. The parking spaces of the adjacent hotel can also be used. However, the bathroom is very small and when showering, the bathroom is flooded. An additional drying rack would also be helpful to set up on the terrace.

One of the most beautiful places we've ever had. We were looking for something distinctive, family, Tuscan... it came true! Stefano and his loved ones are very friendly and helpful. They only speak Italian, but we could still communicate with the help of a translator, even if I don't speak a word of Italian. The space was clean and well-maintained, including a garden around, a children's playground, and a pool. A small playground is under big trees, so my kids could play at any time of day and were hidden from the hot sun. The pool was cleaned every day, nice sun loungers and umbrellas by it. Garden gorgeous, cared for. We didn't miss anything in the house, towels, sheets for the beds, toilet paper, and small soap, dish soap, and dish towels. I recommend buying wine glasses and cereal bowls with milk in the kitchen. During our stay, we were a little angry in the kitchen, ants who are actually at home in this beautiful countryside. Stefano immediately bought the bait for the ants. Stefano produces its own olive oil and wine. You can't leave without it, there's nothing better I've ever had! A wonderful vacation to remember for a long time!

We loved the place, big apartment, nice view, big and clean pool, shop-coop, close to beach. I would love to come back. We had great time there.

our week-long stay was very positive. The apartment on 2 floors had everything you need, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and hospitable family staff. Flexible check-in: we were able to access it already in the early morning. Strategic place to get to the most beautiful areas of the Maremma.

Our stay exceeded expectations! Relaxed environment, beautiful view, apartment equipped with all comforts. The city center, reached by car, is a few minutes away and very lively. We'll definitely be back!

The residence "Les Chenes" is very nice place to stay for families with children. The location is peaceful, with most services at walking distance. The sea is cristal clear and very near to the home, around 50 meters. Unfortunately when we stayed at the residence, there were many barrel jellyfishes in the sea, however it was easy to manage them and to have baths. Bastia and most of the Haute Corse locations are within one hour of travel by car. The host was very welcoming, Emma received us friendly and kindly make sure that we could enter the apartment in the morning, even if the usual time is in the first afternoon. Support and kindness were super nice. We hope to stay again at "Les Chenes".

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location, just add a board to the kitchen and fix the blind in the kitchen, which was not torn out. Otherwise, everything is clean.

Very close to the sea (about 80m) with 1 sunbed, 2 sun loungers and a private parasol on the beach. Beautiful pool complex with team of dynamic and smiling animators plus a top manager!! Very clean, flowery, wooded complex, very quiet. Very pleasant stay with a very welcoming staff, very helpful, always smiling, adorable whether by the pool or at the Magu bar. Ideal for also discovering the surroundings (Pisa, Elba Island, Tuscan, Siena, etc...). Only downside on the Mistral Club bar which announces not to take a reservation and when you arrive for dinner, in fact 80% of the restaurant is booked. The Nautico is great! We recommend spending a week of dolce vita with the family. Congratulations to the cleaning teams, reception, waiters, animation, DJ, and management.

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

Modern furnished and clean 2-room loft with a spacious terrace. This is equipped with two sun loungers, a table with four chairs and a cozy lounge – perfect for two to feel comfortable. The apartment is easy to find, but getting there requires some driving skill as the last 50 meters lead over a natural road. The center of Capoliveri is in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the neighborhood, there are often dogs that are outside during the day and sometimes also at night and make themselves noticeable accordingly. For animal-loving guests, this should not be a big problem, but it is good to know in advance if you prefer absolute tranquility.

We had a great week at the place. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The view is unparalleled. Especially with a toddler, we felt very comfortable, as the house is away from traffic and there was plenty of space to play outdoors.
