Holiday houses in Campaccio

This is a beautiful apartment, and the location — steps from Ponte Vecchio — is unbeatable. David was welcoming, responsive and helpful, and there were many thoughtful touches — such as bottled water in the fridge and maps for the area. We would have loved to stay longer and hope to return someday!

This is the best air BnB I have ever stayed in! It is even better than it looks in the photos (and it looks incredible in photos). The apartment was very spacious for our group of 8 and it was also well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, walkable to all of the main sights with the immediate area having lots of bars/restaurants/cafes. Grazie mille!

When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

Cozy apartment in an active area and close to the city center. Suitable for 4 adults. Very well-equipped. The decoration is neat. The instructions were very clear. Thank you very much!

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved our stay and were sorry to leave! It truly felt like a home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. Comfortable house in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful views, and easy to manage day trips to surrounding areas. Nada was great at communicating and had many recommendations. Her daughter coming for a cooking class was a fun afternoon activity.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!
