Apartment holiday rentals in Camp Pendleton South

This is a wonderful place! It was perfect for two couples celebrating the birthday of one of us -- with two separate bedrooms, each with its bathroom. It will also be great for a larger family. There is an upper deck from which you can see the ocean, which is perfect for a relaxing morning coffee and/or cheerful happy hour. We were steps away from the water and did not miss the spectacular sunsets from Tower #9. The well-equipped kitchen allowed for the preparation of fully cooked meals, and the dining table was beautiful, which allowed us to fully enjoy those meals. We love Oceanside and really hope to return soon and stay close to Tower #9 again!

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

All of our expectations were met! Location within San Clemente, accessibility to LA/San Diego, cleanliness, etc. Would recommend and rebook in the future if we ever return to the area.

A great stay! We stayed with our small children and were pleased to find a few games and puzzles, the modular kids couch, and a few kids utensils and dishes, high chair, and pack n play. The kitchen was well stocked with basic seasonings and the cookware was better than expected. I cooked almost all of our meals here and wasn’t lacking for much. Thanks!

This was a return visit for me. This accommodation is absolutely lovely. It's clean, conveniently located and very comfortable. Mari is a wonderful host. I'm not sure when but I am looking forward to a return visit.

We enjoyed staying at Robyn's place for the weekend. It was exactly like the photos and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was very easy to check-in and Robyn was great at responding to us.

Sonia and Hugh are great. Everything kept breaking, obviously not used in a while. Toilet broke, dishwasher, toilet cleaner, etc.

This apartment is super modern and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave when our trip was over. Close to beach and town. One caveat, I attempted to work remotely from this apartment while I stayed here but the wifi is incredibly weak - no video calls and could not run one internet connected device at a time. If you’re here for vacation, it’s perfect!

Stan was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Condo was as described and easy straight forward instructions. Beds were very comfortable and extra linens were nice to have.

HIGHLY recommend staying at Karin and Cliffs oasis if you want a cozy beach getaway in Encinitas. Not only was Karin such a responsive and incredible host, but what stood out to us was all the personal touches and amenities in the space. This is EXACTLY what we look for when booking with Airbnb. From beachwear, to the art on the walls, to the assortment of tea, coffee and bath products - we felt so taken care of and at home. Not to mention the beautiful outdoor space. We marveled at Karen and Cliffs landscaping every time we left the place! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I had an AMAZING stay at Hannah's AIRBNB. PRO'S: *The unit, itself was even better in person than described. Very well decorated and not a detailed missed *Great bathroom - great water pressure, plenty of towels, etc *Centrally located in South Carlsbad, easy to jump on the highway *Close to local restaurants, grocery stores, target, etc. *House rules handbook is full of information to make a guests stay comfortable *Bed was super comfy CON'S: *We had to leave Hannah was also very easy to communicate with!

The bunk beds made it a nice option for traveling with kids. Well located and private parking in the garage near elevator. Security was very helpful and nice.

We loved our stay! We have stayed in the complex before and loved the location, proximity to beach, and the features of the community. I can honestly say we liked this unit even more than the last stay. The unit was more updated and we also appreciated how well the kitchen and everything was stocked. Overall I highly recommend booking here!

Great spot for a weekend getaway! Dawn was helpful and responsive to all my questions. Perfect little cozy fireplace inside, first room you walk into is wonderfully welcoming. and the space is split into a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette style set up. Loved the beautiful tile mural in the shower. Clean bathroom! Just 3 helpful notes for curious travelers: 1) Dawn gave perfect instructions for arrival, use them! I would advise arriving during daylight hours because the last mile on the farm is a bit of a narrow wraparound. 2) We ran into a few other folks on the working farm, no big deal! Be advised that there are multiple units on the property and animals that like to say hello! Specifically, whimsical unit has three units attached (each private) but if you’re looking for absolute isolation just note you have neighbors upstairs and might have some on your left. Not a problem for us! 3) If cooking your own food note you’ve got a smaller compact fridge not a full commercial!

It was a nice place to stay for a month. Veena was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. It was a good location and the bed was extremely comfortable. It worked great for me.

Amazing condo village with gorgeous gardens and great (shared) amenities: billiards room, pool, hot tub, putting green, and the beach is visible from the balcony. Beach chairs and beach towels provided was such a nice touch. Clean, well kept place to stay with a big kitchen. We enjoyed our stay so much! Listing Photos don’t do it justice: I wish I could upload a few photos of the pool and the beach. Stunning.

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

Wonderful stay! It's a great location. The amenities were fantastic and we highly recommend this place for families. Pete and Cathy were very responsive and we had no issues with our stay. We appreciated the local guide and attention to detail with all components of the stay.

Christie’s place is comfortable and we slept very well. We had to move the coffee table to open the sleeper sofa, which is very heavy and hard to move, and could be an issue for some people, but we moved it once and just left it over to the side. A few things were rusty and moldy in the kitchen but I informed Christy and she immediately send new things over which was really nice. Otherwise the place was very clean and comfortable. The complex is very pretty with exotic leafy foliage everywhere and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately it was cold and foggy when we’re there but if it had been sunny it would have been a great trip as the beach and waves are lovely. One more thing to know-the parking garage height is 6’6” so our small car with a cargo container on top wouldn’t fit. We had to park elsewhere. Christy has a wagon which was helpful for bringing all our stuff up from the car. Thanks Christy!
