Roberto was very friendly and available at all times. Communication was great and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend Roberto as a host and would certainly stay at his property again.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Marta a great host with good communication. The accommodation faithful to the description and photos. Next to a supermarket and 7 min walk to the beach of Canet and the promenade area with restaurants.

Very good stay thanks to Juan and his wife. Everything was as expected in the listing. The location is ideal a stone's throw from the beach, you can easily reach Valencia or Castellon for outings and there is everything you need in Moncofa for small shopping, restaurant, market etc. Do not hesitate to rent it you will not be disappointed.

The coffee place below is great, the Italian restaurant is great, the marina the beach all is great, loved the place, has all what you need for your stay, very responsive host, very honest and helpful, the check in check out was easy, fast internet, car park available which is an asset… loved it

We really enjoyed our stay at Monocof! The apartment is large, light, all the necessary appliances were available. Most of all I liked the balcony! The hosts were very friendly, always answered messages and questions, were ready to help! We would love to relax in Monocof again!

Our stay at Francis's place was perfect. From the first moment, communication was easy and fluid, and she welcomed us very kindly. The house was spotless, well equipped and very cozy, ideal for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Also, it had the nice detail of leaving us some delicious oranges and breakfast, which made us feel even more welcome. You can see the care in every detail, which made us feel at home. We will definitely repeat and 100% recommend

This is one looking for the best houses I've been to thanks to Airbnb in the last 9 years!!! ❤️❤️❤️ The apartment is spacious, bright, cozy, feels like home! Large spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment is very clean! The location is also very good - ❤️❤️❤️ we walked 2 minutes to the sea every day to meet the sunrise! Beautiful waterfront and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The nearest Consum supermarket in general 50 steps 😀 is very convenient! There are also bus stops nearby, which go to the center and to the metro, which goes to the airport. Special thanks to the host Angel, he was always in touch, always prompted and helped when we had questions, a very nice person!!! We 🤗🤗🤗 also had an early flight and Angel allowed us to leave our suitcases in the apartment while it was being cleaned! Thank you so much!! ❤️❤️❤️

We only stayed a few hours, but they were hours we desperately needed to relax and rest, and it gave us just that. Pepe was at hand at all times, very helpful and responsive and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently over the phone. The place was lovely and I wish we could have stayed another day, our dog loved it too!

We were very happy with our stay in Fabrizio's apartment. You were very attentive and patient with our requests. The apartment met all our expectations, very well equipped,clean and comfortable. The area where it is located is very beautiful and relatively close to the points of interest and very close to the beach. Also in the area there are many bars and debris and supermarkets to do the necessary shopping. 100% recommended. Definitely if we had to go back, we would repeat!

This was a really great flat for a week sight-seeing in Valencia for the family. The flat is very central but also very well insulated and quiet. Frank answered any questions we had very quickly. We would return!

Because of Dana's sake, we were only able to reach our location for two days. Belen has stayed in touch with us throughout the time. She was very understanding, first for the fact that we couldn't get there in time because of being in traffic, even though we didn't know why at the time, neither did Belen. She stayed very quiet all the time and constantly put us at ease. The reassuring words and the fact that we didn't have to take care of our late arrival has always remained, even after it became clear why we were stuck in traffic and could only get to our destination after two days. Given the situation, these reassurance from Belen were always a comfort. Mercie Belen to take such good care of us. She also allowed us to catch up with the lost two days, but we didn't choose that ourselves. It says everything about her hospitality. There was no criticisms of the apartment. We could unwind there. Great place with a beautiful roof terrace. Very spacious, everything available. Well worth it. Great! The hosts are amazing, always responsive and very involved. Interesting for the well-being of the guests!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We had a great time with the family. Clean and fully equipped apartment. Very quick instructions and replies from the host. Clean residence with pool. Nearby beach and nearby activities: cave, zoo, aquarium, rafting... Perfect stay, we'll be happy to come back.
