Loved our stay here! Would highly recommend. The views from the rooftop pool were incredible and the room had so much Mexican charm. Hope to be back soon!

Our host Marietta was wonderful. Very warm and inviting, friendly and responsive. There were some small plumbing issues which she attended to quickly. Small balcony and large window face the ocean and we slept to the sound of waves every night. Very close to everything. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit.

This puts you at the end of Avenita Mundo tercer which is perfect. You will need to be creative if you want to not eat out at restaurants every day otherwise this is a perfect spot to rest. Enjoy the sounds and vibes of some Pancho at night.

My parents absolutely loved the place. A little hard to find at first but they said it was beautiful. Super big and roomy with a wonderful view. Very clean and tucked away in a small town. Everyone was very attentive.

The place was excellent as shown in the photos and more, the view from this room is the best and the attention from the host was excellent, there was only one inconvenience with the main pool was somewhat dirty and the waterfall was not on, but the other pool was perfect and you could see the sunset from it.

This was a lovely little place within walking distance to the ocean, many options for restaurants, and live music. The balcony overlooks live music from the cafe below. It was a wonderful experience. Sandra was very helpful in procuring coffee and accommodating a late check out.

Great location. Great view . Pools were awesome . They were attentive to our pool and jacuzzi needs . They hooked it up . Plus Lots to do at Boca ! Have fun and enjoy the town.

Our stay at Trevor's compound was beyond amazing. We spend our time there with some of our friends and had so much fun at the pool and nearby river. Trevor was super welcoming, helpful and made us feel right at home. It was so nice to chat with all the other guests who were very friendly and super interesting to get to know. Can highly recommend his place also for remote work since the rooms offer access to a nice terrasse with outlets and the internet connection is very stable. We definitely want to come back!

I repeat accommodation because it is excellent

Quiet town not much to do if you want a quiet peaceful getaway. Only 20 minutes from Sayulita 40 minutes from Puerto vallarta.

Frank's place was very nice, and was just like the photos. He was always quick to respond, even when we arrived in the evening. Check in went very well. The location was easy to find and within walking distance of everything. Perfect for our 4 night stay! Unfortunately we had cloudy weather so we had cool showers. There is also a bar across the street so music went all night. Frank was very kind and accommodating. He let us check out past the 11:00 time to store our luggage so we could have a late breakfast with friends before we left. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

This studio apartment is in a great location. While a 5min walk from the main beach strip of restaurants, it is right next to the Punta Mita bus stop and 1 block from the supermarket. I arrived to a very clean apartment with detailed instructions on how to enter the building and to use the Wifi. The apartment was well-stocked with water, kitchen supplies, and bathroom towels for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay!! Such a cute small place but perfect for a few nights. The bar across the street can definitely get loud at times this is why the host provides earplugs but we honestly just slept through it.

Convenient spot with a kitchenette!

Walkable to Marina Vallarta, though roads are in rough shape. Place is simple and sufficient with good hot water and Netflix.
