Holiday rentals with breakfast in Camaiore

Exceptionally responsive and friendly host, flexible on arrival time and arranged for the wall radiators to be turned off for us (we prefer a cool space). The proximity to the airport and parking space make this a very useful base. We enjoy walking but it was 40 mins to the Tower, a bit of a stretch - but we needed the airport promimity for a 6am flight, so it was worth it. Not much to do (restaurants/parks) locally.

Massimiliano is a exquisite person, always present and attentive to customers, but never intrusive, really the right one! Above all, reliable! It was my first time traveling alone and I felt right at home, thanks to the presence of Massimiliano! The many positive reviews correspond to reality, from the abundant breakfast of fruit, with a smoothie prepared by Massimiliano, which I found ready every morning as soon as I went down, the bikes made available for free, convenient to cross the pine forest and reach the sea in 10 minutes, to the cleanliness and order of the entire b&b, the kindness and availability of the staff, to the tranquility of the area! I can say that every time I want to return to Viareggio, the b&b and Nespoli will be my point of reference!!! Thanks for everything Massi, I hope to see you soon! MeryRose

We were with two children on a tourist visit to Pisa. We stayed two days in an apartment that is part of a mrs. house. Eufemia. We had complete privacy. The apartment is completely new, furnished according to the description on the listing and pleasant to stay in. We had a personal car so we had only a few minutes to downtown Pisa. Eufemia is a very friendly and professional host. She assured us complete privacy so we felt at home. She advised us where to go for coffee and cakes in town and where to eat something nice. Recommendation for anyone who plans to visit Pisa to look for a pastry shop, coffee shop, or restaurant as far away from the city center. In the center there are coffee shops, pastry shops and restaurants probably of good quality, but due to the large number of tourists it is difficult to find a vacancy, and if you find one, it was at least difficult for us to relax and enjoy the food and drink which is excellent in Tuscany. Alessio’s apartment was perfect for our trip. It’s located within the older city area on a hill so not suitable to walk further than this area, but very easy to find parking around and I liked that it was tucked back. The windows and deck open out to a natural area that was beautiful and quiet. Alessio was always great at responding to my questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would love to stay here again in the future.

How to be at home ! Impeccable experience. In view of the next Lucca Comics, it will definitely be our fixed destination!

Agnese exceeded our expectations! We had only booked 2 nights, but afterwards we would have wanted to stay much longer. Anything you need is present and you have a beautiful view: the location is perfect! In addition, Agnese responds quickly, she is extremely helpful and gives her nice tips!

If you’re staying in Lucca, the location is great. Free parking just on the outside of the wall. The bed was comfy and the shower had fantastic pressure. Washing machine was an added bonus.

Great host, welcoming and responsive. A great breakfast will be offered. The proximity to the train station is great but not inconvenient for people who are sensitive to noise.

This place is an absolute delight! It has everything you need to feel right at home, down to a few pastries and juices left for us on the counter. Even the things we needed eventually were already covered by Monika in her detailed check-in notes. This place is about a 5 minute from the walls of Lucca, and absolutely perfect for someone hoping to park the car and walk for a few days.

This was a great place and exactly what we needed (2 adults, 2 kids). It is in the heart of the old city and so close to restaurants. the beautiful piazza's and amenities. Being close to the university also meant the area had a real buzz due to the students, particularly around lunch and evening. The flat was a 10-15 min walk from the station from which we took trains to Firenze and Lucca and even a bus to the coast for a swim! Pisa was so walkable and safe and we loved being able to walk up to the leaning tower square after sunset. truly magical. The flat was great and had everything we needed. Morning coffee on the terrace and evening meals were delightful. Alberto was great and really responsive and communicative.

Absolutely beautiful apartment - looks just like the pictures - possibly even better. Comfortable and so clean, great location. Only slight issues were the noise from the main entrance door as you are so close to the entrance, and how cold the apartment was. We travelled in January and although there is heating in the kitchen it struggled to reach the bedroom and never warmed up to a comfortable level. There also weren’t warm duvets just thin sheets. Wouldn’t stop me booking again but would bring warmer clothes and slippers!! Overall a lovely stay!

The reception by Serena was very quick and very warm. She gave an extensive explanation and tour of the large apartment, showed us the kitchen appliances and the bathroom and tips for restaurants. She explained the bikes and about the access to the building and the apartment.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here!! Must recommend to anyone wanting to visit cinque terre. Thanks a lot Fabrizio!

The apartment is perfect for a short stay. The hospital can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

We had a very pleasant stay with Adam. Everything was taken care of by the host to the last detail. It is a beautiful house with nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. This is where truly Tuscan elements come back. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside in the garden! In any case, we found a wonderful address for when we go back to Tuscany 👌🏼

We had a very nice stay with Dawn! We were very well received, it is a very nice quiet place. The house is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The contact with Dawn was very nice, she takes good care of her guests. There was always something freshly baked and we also got all kinds of things for breakfast. Since it is at the top of the mountain, having a car is an advantage. The road to get there is good and largely new. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended

we only stayed one night but how we had a good time! We arrived at night and you could already realize the place...the next morning it was a wonderful! A fantastic place in the middle of nature but not far from the city! Super breakfast for all tastes, Gabriele is very kind, he can do it! I recommend it!!!

George, a kind and helpful person, assisted us from the first minute we arrived at his place. He accompanied us everywhere and explained the history and peculiarities of the city. Staying at George's is like staying at home, his place is a small oasis in the middle of other buildings. Highly recommended!!

If you want to experience something very special, then do not hesitate to book a stay at La Forestaria. We felt like we were in the movie Under the Tuscan Sun. We enjoyed the peaceful location. It feels very secluded and is a great place to recharge. If you are not confident in driving on tight roads then you might want to consider using a taxi service to get to the stay.

Beautiful place at 15 minutes driving distance from Lucca. Robert Jan was super nice and helpful during our stay. Definitely worth it! But keep in mind that the road to Robert Jan's stay is a pretty narrow path.
