Chalet holiday rentals in Calvados

La Picane is a warm, peaceful place, where we had 5 great family days. We were greeted with great friendship by Sylvie and her husband. The cottage is really well appointed, it has absolutely everything! This is the first time we are going to such a well appointed AirBNB (kitchen, cleaning equipment...). We were with 2 babies aged 15 months and the house is quite suitable! We did not use the Normand bath for lack of time but we plan to come back and try! We'll be back with great pleasure!!!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful cottage in Normandy! The accommodation was exactly as described: comfortable, warm and ideally located for enjoying the region. A big thank you to our host, always attentive, responsive and extremely kind. We particularly appreciated being accepted with our 4 dogs, who also loved the stay. We highly recommend and will be happy to come back:)

It was a pleasant visit and the chalet was spacious and cosy. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts- pool was quiet and professionally managed.. Serge was helpful even before we started the trip- even shared tips that saved us some money and all went super smooth. Well connected and definately recommended..

We stayed 4 nights in this cozy and warm chalet in winter time.... Ideally located for nature lovers, close enough to places to visit ( etretat, landing beach, Mont St Michel ). Simple, simple and clean amenities... A plush mattress, we rested well there.... Very good value for money ... A constructive and warm verbal exchange with our host Aline . We highly recommend this cottage for simple people in peace.

Perfect chalet for our stay with a beautiful view. Near town but not right in it. Place was as described. Easy to find and get into, very clear instructions. Comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen items to be able to cook when desired. WiFi works although there is a limit to what could be used for the stay, but somewhat to be expected being outside of town. Would stay here again.

We had a great time in Ludivine's mobile home. We drove from their to visit museums and D-Day landing beaches in Normandy. The home is comfortable and the location is beautiful and peaceful. The park has a grocery store where we bought milk, croissants and cereal. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others on a similar itinerary.

We had a lovely 5 days in this very special location. It is quiet and relaxing. The shared kitchen area is very tasteful with large windows overlooking the valley and there's enough space to distract the children. We had the most wonderful time. The place is a brief 20min drive to Honfleur. Would highly recommend.

Our first time in this cottage. Here we will definitely come back again. We had a wonderful vacation, our dogs also came here to walk wonderfully in the fenced garden. Everything was as described the listing and very close to the beach. Nice location to visit the invasion beaches. Also very nice the bakery is within walking distance at the end of the street the same for the supermarket. Tiphaine is a great host and responds super helpful and quick to the messages.

Good communication with the host and the person responsible for hosting us (who was very kind by the way). Amenities present, or absent, correspond to those mentioned in the listing (maybe just specify directly to take sheets, towels and tea towels to avoid having to ask). A few small quacks (light bulbs to change for example), but nothing restrictive, and which will certainly be corrected quickly. The accommodation is a little far from shops, but we were aware (the name of the residence is indicated, so it is not complicated to check the location). The proximity to the beach and the very quiet area was really nice. It is not impossible that we return in the future, and with a doggie as a bonus since the garden is fully fenced. In short, I recommend it without problem.

Very good stay with our children in this spacious and very comfortable mobile home. The laundry area is a real plus. The campsite is quiet and pleasant, the locations are very large and there are very few opposite. The sea is close and the coast deserves extensive exploration. Frédéric and Celine are very gracious hosts.

Excellent communication, the cottage is super well equipped and easy access to the pool. We highly recommend this rental.

We had a great 5 nights stay in this cute chalet. It is in a peaceful neighbourhood and very close to Sword beach. There is outdoor furniture which we enjoyed in the sunshine. The facilities in the chalet were all good. We had a good welcome thank you.

Very nice cottage, the location and the setting give it all its charm. The place is really very beautiful, pleasant and pleasant. However, I would like to highlight a point about the general maintenance, which deserves a little refresh. Most amenities are aging. Wood, being a material that deteriorates if not well maintained, begins to show the signs.

Our stay at Thomas's place went very well. Self check-in is really nice and allows you not to be stressed on the road because no one is waiting for us. The instructions provided were clear and allowed us to find the listing quickly. This one is very well located, close to the swimming pools and the entrance to the campsite. The location of the campsite allowed us to do everything on foot: seaside walk, restaurant, ferry terminal... And finally, Thomas is really friendly! We recommend it!
