We had a pleasant stay at this e.rod staycation. The caretaker and owner were very responsive to our queries, making the check-in process smooth. The unit was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for our group. Another plus is that it’s conveniently located near many restaurants, making food delivery easy. One downside was the noise from the highway, which could be heard from our room. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, especially for those who prioritize cleanliness, space, and accessibility to food options.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

The unit and the host were top notch. The only things I would mention it's the TV was so cleverly hidden as a picture that I didn't realise it was a TV until shortly before checkout. The building it was in? It didn't match the room. a ten minute walk one was and I was being propositioned by prostitutes. a ten minute walk the other way and I was at a beautiful upscale mall. the unit itself was kind of in an odd location. a little imposing at first. especially with the barred entrance and security guard. I would certainly recommend the place wholeheartedly but it's first impression may not be what you expect from such a gorgeous unit

Follow the host's instructions on how to get there. Waze and Google Maps will give you a different road which is more difficult (long rough road) than what the host gave. The rest house was clean, especially the pool. The water was so clear and we didn't smell a strong amount of chlorine. If you would like an IG-worthy rest house, this might not be it, but good enough for a simple family/friend bonding. The water in the faucets have a strong flow, but I just hope that all of the locks of CRs would be fixed. Ask for kitchen tools as well before going since they don't have much such as rice cooker.

Beyond thankful for giving us the opportunity to use your place for our friends mini birthday celebration and for each other’s farewells. We had so much fun and were too comfortable with the place. Very nice place! My family and I had a lot of fun. Walking distance to Ayala Feliz which is a winner. There are also small stores around if you need any retail necessities. The caretakers are really nice. Nate is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Chillspot Manila! Super laki pala ng place personal and maliligaw ka sa loob charizzz haha! All rooms are big and clean. Low water pressure lang sa taas but oks naman. Malamig yung AC. Malinis ang bathrooms. We also love the Karaoke room. If you need something just ask Kuya Jun — the caretaker (superb service)!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay! The place is spacious and enough for the 9 of us. We were given recommendations on things to do nearby and everything is walkable from atm to restaurants. The Sari-Sari store accross the street is so convenient and they have almost everything you needed. The place is clean, had all the amenities we needed and the helper who lives downstairs is very helpful. I will definitely book this home again when I visit Philippines.

We were at Osmund's place last year. It was pleasant then and now; however, a year has gone and some areas may need some deep cleaning. Will I consider staying at Osmund's again? Yes we will. The lighting effects and strong wifi and the amenities provided works well with me. Another plus the building is very accessible and easy to find.
