Holiday houses in Calderwood

The home is close to the Porcupine Mountains, which was the main focus of our stay. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Steve was very prompt in responding to questions. We had a very enjoyable stay!

The stay was perfect for a quiet getaway that we were looking for. The sunrise views were gorgeous. The cabin was very clean. We look forward to coming back again and hopefully for a longer stay. Scott was a great host and very flexible and we appreciated the hospitality.

Beautiful location and property. The house was clean and finished like a new home. Accommodations were excellent for our group of 6. Location and views were perfect, id love to visit in summer. Host was top notch on every level. Thank you.

Dan's place was exactly what my family needed for a weekend ski and snowboard getaway! We have a 9 month old child so we wanted some place that had plenty of room for her to play but also was clean and safe. Their place met all our needs and after rearranging a couple things off the ground we had the whole area baby-proofed pretty quickly and with relatively little effort. There was a bit of confusion getting to the location (the address Google maps had for the AirBnB seemed bugged or incorrect, but it was only about a block away and we were able to find the place using the streetview image the listing has). The hosts were responsive and checked to make sure we got in alright.

The Lake Cottage was exactly as pictured - clean, nostaglic, modernized amentities and loads of vintage charge. We booked last minute for a New Years Eve hurrah with my husband and two children (ages 3 & 8), and my only regret is not staying longer. We snowboarded, ice-fished, played board games, did puzzles... and simply enjoyed our time together. It was restorative and the cottage is conducive to slowing down and savoring each moment. The property (albiet Winter) was spacious and felt private, tucked down the long(er) drive with a single neighbor in sight. Elizabeth, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10, will probably book again!

Stayed here for a snowmobile trip. Perfect location, could ride north and south. Very clean older home with everything you would need. We will definitely stay here again.

You could definitely see the pride that was taken on the cabin, everything was amazing. So many wonderful views. We will be looking to book again for future adventures.

The space was everything we had hoped for and more! I immediately felt welcomed and a sense of joy and peace as we walked through the door. The space is rustic and cozy, but still has all the modern-day amenities you'd need. The private hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The location is convenient and close to many things (Big Powderhorn, Snowriver, Walmart, etc.), but still private and relaxing. The hosts were fantastic and super friendly/responsive. Hands down, this was the best and most relaxing vacation I've had!

Winter Review, ❄️: 8 guys looking for a place to stay for a snowmobile trip. 3 nights/ 4 days, This house worked out perfect! Trail was 1 block away and we had 2 trucks with full size trailers and 1 truck with sled deck. Plenty of room for all of us to park. Plenty of sleeping room for all 8 of us. House was fully stocked with towels, linens, cook ware, pots/pans. Everything needed. Gas stations and local bars very close. Hosts were great, fantastic communication, very helpful. Alot of snow when we were there, had it all plowed out. Answered all of our questions very promptly. Absolutely zero complaints and very happy with our stay. Will Definitely consider again!
