Christopher’s condo is super comfortable. It is just on the outskirts of the old part of Bacalar. Walking 10 minutes brings you k to the neighbourhood s with great restaurants. Walk for 20 minutes and you are down by the beautiful lake! The condo has two small balconies with really nice furniture, on the balconies and in the condo itself. We cooked a few meals there - the kitchen is set up nicely. And the bed? It is huge and comfortable. There is a cool little swimming pool, too. Lastly, Jacqui was quick to respond to our queries, and made sure the hot water issue was resolved pronto. All in all, a great place to stay while in amazing Bacalar!

Loved our stay in Bacalar, Steven and the team were very helpful and always there for recommendations or anything you need! Located close to the centre and near many great food and drink places. Would recommend for a stay in Bacalar!

Janice and Larry were wonderful hosts. Always willing to answer our questions but also very respectful of our privacy. Mermaid Manor was clean with a spacious outdoor space, good kitchen and a firm, comfortable mattress (always a nice bonus for me!) You'll have no regrets booking this gem.

The house is absolutely incredible to rest and be with family or friends. Fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Exactly like photos, three families can be comfortably. The view of the bay is amazing! Maria's attention to everything we needed was quick and efficient. The service of the team that takes care of the house like Mrs. Gladys who in addition to cooking delicious, gives you an exceptional treatment so you don't have to worry about anything. I would definitely spend a few quiet and relaxed days again. Thank you very much for everything!

Casa Lucía is an incredibly beautiful place to stay. We spent a few wonderful days in the villa, everything was as perfect, in harmony and very clean as in the photos and in the description. It has a beautiful pool, terraces overlooking the lagoon and the lagoon pier had everything you need. Claudia is an excellent host, she welcomed us with delicious fruits from the region. At all times we felt safe and cared for by the people who take care of the villa, Henry and Soraya were very friendly and helpful. A highly recommended place. We'll definitely be back

Although we only spent one day there, it seems like a perfect place to enjoy, it has a wonderful entrance to the lagoon, and a perfect place to rest. We had a confusion with the villa that touched us but the hosts were always on the lookout and we received a discount on the stay for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend it.

Such wonderful hosts, excellent communication and very kindly refunded a night for us during a town-wide blackout which was completely out of their control. Definitely recommend staying here, close to the lagoon and plenty of great resultants

The space is wonderful. We felt very comfortable. You spend a lot of time in the fresh air. Unfortunately, the photos were a little older and now some roofs have been added, which is why we had little sun. Still highly recommended. Next door is a small supermarket with good prices and lots of choice.

We loved Casa Malaga! It's a hidden oasis that our family really enjoyed. It was well decorated, spotlessly clean, and really added to our overall vacation. The outdoor backyard was great to just read in while the kids played in the plunge pool. We will definitely be back!

Would stay here again in a heart beat! The staff is outstanding. They are accommodating and friendly. My husband found the bed a bit too hard and voila, a mattress topper was produced. I asked about places for public access to swim in the lagoon and a list of access points was sent immediately along with a map. They really want you to have a great stay! The unit (the Bamboo Suite) is exactly as shown in the photos . . . close to the lovely pool area and with its own private patio. It was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Super close to everything, we parked the car and didn't need it. A great find and it was exactly what we were looking for, it is an Oasis indeed.
