Terry is a perfect host. Despite my delay in response due to various reasons, he tried his best to communicate with me and help me organize the entire trip in this area. The driver and guide he introduced are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Livio, the manager on site, is a warm and hospitable person that are available 24/7 to anything we need. We all love him! Location-wise, the property is a hidden gem just off the main (and only) road between Cusco and Machu Picchu, and not too far from either end. There is a well-managed cozy garden in the property, lots of flowers and birds. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in this lovely garden. They also have a small vegetable farm that provides fresh, delicious and organic vegetables to those who do self-catering. The rooms and facilities are as per the descriptions and pics suggest. The kitchen is ample in size and fully-equipped. Toiletries were provided. Everything is clean and in good condition. All-in-all, a perfect home away from home, especially for larger group of friends and families. I hope I could have stayed there longer. We loved this home! Much more beautiful than the pictures. The view of the mountains and ruins was spectacular, the breakfast was tasty, Jorge was so kind, welcoming and helpful, and our room was perfect. My husband is 6’5” and he fit on the bed! We will definitely stay here on our next visit, I highly recommend you do as well. Gracias Jorge

I loved my stay, the courtyard garden is beautiful and serene. Added bonus were the rabbits hopping around. The river rushing by outside my window was like having a sound machine in the room and I slept like a baby. Easy access to everything, the taxis are right around the corner for day excursions, and the whole town of Pisac is walkable. I will definitely come back.

This place was truly a gem, greeted upon arrival, hot water for tea as soon as we arrived. Shown to our room and given precise clear instructions. There was someone available 24/7. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options from eggs cooked to order down to fresh fruit and juices. Will be adding this place to our favorites to stay again

Very excellent place to stay, everything is very close and you can walk quietly to certain tourist places and main streets, the gentlemen who received me very attentive, recommended, I would return without hesitation

I stayed at Jannet's place again after traveling to other countries and cites in South America. I basically used Cusco and Jannet's place as my home base while traveling to different places in the continent for over two years. So, during that time, I stay at Jannet's place for just over 4 months. As I mentioned in my previous reviews, the rooms are very comfortable and access to the living room, kitchen and washer was a big plus, all at an excellent price. Jannet is a wonderful person and host. I will always have fond memories of my time in Cusco at her place, with her and her family. I recommend her place.

Loved my stay here, staff were very friendly and accommodating (ie. providing earlier breakfast and helping to store my larger luggage while I was travelling on tours)
