Excellent quiet place, back from the beach, friendly owners and neighbours. Pleasant veranda, great place to sit and enjoy the sea breezes.

It was an amazing time at Amami. Not only a brilliant location near by the seacoast and all the desirable tourist attractions (waterfalls, diving centre), but also the food in the hotel restaurant was exceptional! The staff’s friendliness and openness to share some local tips required an additional appreciation. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute paradise. If you want to have a serene and quiet getaway this is more than perfect. The view was fantastic and the rooms are great. It also has a 10minute walk access to the beach. We can't get out of the pool, it was so much enjoyable and clean as well. Klaus is very kind and Gemma even checked on us when she arrived and asked how we were doing. They are a lovely couple who are hands on with their guests. We flew our drone and we can't wait to see the beauty of Casa Amara while on video. Klaus chatted and always made sure we are fine. The two lovely and very friendly pomeranians Perlita and Amara are so adorable, I am playing with them all the time. This place is definitely recommended and we won't hesitate to go back to Casa Amara!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, with tremendous value for your money, look no further. Carls place is perfect, the rooms are clean, comfortable and very spacious. The view from the living room is just perfect, and the big terrace is great for having some drinks with friends. There are basic cooking utensils available and there is a big fridge. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The aircon in the bedroom will keep you cool at night and can even keep the whole apartment at a comfortable temperature. There is also a fan available and towels are provided. If you stay at Carls place I would recommend getting either a scooter or motorbike, they are a must for the serious climb up the mountain and give lots of freedom to explore the island for yourself. The roads are well maintained and paved. Long story short, great location, great host, great room and the best value by far!

First off, the host Miss Mary Ann was so welcoming. Showed us all of the rooms, and amenities. They even provided snacks and a gift for my daughter which celebrated her birthday. They even gave us a intro lesson to scuba diving for free! Lots of rooms! There's a music room which has a piano and karaoke. Their music room is beside the pool which is up to 5 feet. BTW, all rooms mentioned have airconditioning. There are a total of 5 bathrooms with heating and bidets As for the beach, if you set your expectations early, you will have the best time here. Going to the beach is around 200 steps going down. Once there you will be greeted with a rocky beach. No sand. But the beauty of this place is not above water, its underwater. This is a dive site which has corals just a few meters from the beach. This is a place worth coming back to! PS: Monkeys!!

The home is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for large groups or families seeking comfort and tranquility. The pristine beach right in front, with its crystal-clear waters, made every moment unforgettable. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and taking in the spectacular views truly made this trip one to treasure. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional warmth and hospitality of Miss Juliana and Ate Susan. They went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute booking, making us feel so welcome and cared for. Their kindness and attention to detail created an atmosphere that felt more like a home than a rental. We left with full hearts and memories we’ll cherish forever. Miss Juliana’s place is now a family favorite, and we can’t wait to return! ❤️

Our team had a great stay! Love the heated jacuzzi especially it was really cold during our stay and it was always raining. Taking a dip is very relaxing. Clean place and complete things to use. Will definitely book again next time. ☺️

would definitely recomend this plce to any group visiting batangas, short walk to the beach and if the water is too rough, there is a pool that can be used which was great. The overall vibe of the location was great to celebrate our friend’s birthday, relaxing and peaceful. will defiitely stay here again when im in the area, thank you host!!

The villa is very clean and spacious, the kitchen is complete with cookwares and utensils. Alice and John are responsive as well as Ate She.
