Very well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. It covers all our needs (family 4 people). On the other hand, Felipe is very attentive to respond to our inquiries at all times.

The super complete apartment, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 adolescents). Bicycles to tour a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

Nice house and very clean and quiet.

House and surroundings as in the pictures. In condominium with several houses around but very rarely we meet the neighbors. Access to the shore of the lake in 2 minutes I miss some water toy like a kayak or SUP. Very quiet, except some neighbors with boat and jet ski. Others with kayaking and laser, even better. Recommended and comfortable for large group.

The apartment is very well located, very close to the center of Pucón, the private beach is very comfortable. Patricia is always attentive to the phone, demonstrating her commitment. We had some issues with the access, but it seemed like it was a problem with the building in general as the app was not working. The rest is fine, the guards in the concierge very friendly.

Going on vacation and feeling at home I think it's one of the most wonderful experiences. A comfortable space, well equipped and with everything one may need to pass it ten points. Coffee maker, pava, grill, warm milk, multiprocessor and the list goes on… highly recommended the Carolina space.
