Beachfront holiday rental in Calabasas

Robert And Arlina were fantastic and so accommodating we fled the la fire and Robert and Arlina went on and above to help us feeling safe and so well taking care of the house is fantastic and so close to the beach i really appreciated that every room had a tv, so it was easy to follow the news and see how the la fire developed i can really recommend staying here you will never find a more accommodating hostess

As advertised, great location, close to the beach and a short walk to local cafes! Amazing ocean view.

It was great, just like in the pictures! Nice neighborhood, just a few meter to the beach. We enjoyed the space a lot, especially the outside for the kids to play and fireplace to hang out in the evening. The kids enjoyed the boardgames and we got to use the LP player :) hope to be back some time! Parking was usually available right in front, Friday evening we parked close-by on the other side of the block.

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

It was a great home with everything you could need, there was toys for the kids and books to read, the kitchen had everything. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great beach location, very spacious, two private parking spots and walkable to everything in Seal Beach. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The building is a work-in-progress. The amenities (kitchen, bathrooms) are definitely older but everything worked and what was nice were the bed linens and towel. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. There is a laundry room with W/D. Fun family place or for 3 couples!

We loved this house!!! It's fun and interesting, lots of room for family. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms comfortable and well decorated (not Ikea). The beach is so close as is the town of Seal Beach-great location. Susan was the perfect host, very good communication. We can't wait to plan another stay.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Melodys plqce is a great location. The views are fantastic we even saw dolphins sitting in the patio. Host is very responsive and communicative.

Excellent location with walking distance to the marina and great restaurants.

Issue with the remote to get into the garage other then that it was a great location

Probably one of the best 2 bedroom air bnb's we have booked for this price! Pictures don't even do justice for how awesome the patio is! This unit is also on the end, so there are extra windows and beautiful views over the beach. Will definitely stay here again if I'm looking for a place in LB! Bring an air mattress if you need if more than four people, but the couch is SUPER comfy too!

You can really see the dedication that went into this place! It's brimming with creative ideas and offers a wonderfully private atmosphere.

Great place to stay in Malibu. The heated pool is perfect even on a cloudy day in winter. The electric heaters in the patio are a nice touch. The steam sauna is relaxing. Road noise is minimal at least in the west bedroom. Laundry in basement is useful and you can pay for it using an app, don’t need coins ( though that’s an option). Highly recommended overall.

This was the perfect place for my family of 3 and my daughter's best friend to celebrate my daughters birthday. The property is exactly what the pictures and description state. The view was amazing! When I book a place by the beach I always try to be as close as possible to the water to where I can hear the waves crashing while I sleep. This place did exactly that. It was very peaceful. I have been dealing with insomnia the few days prior to arriving and I while I was there I had the best sleep ever! The instructions that the host gave regarding check in and accessing the property was perfect. The house manual with recommendations was very thoughtful. All in all, this place is wonderful and hopefully one day we will be able to stay there again the next time we are visiting the area.

Very comfortable beds. Thoughtful touches throughout. Any issues were addressed immediately. House was adorable with an outstanding backyard. Loved how the house was laid out.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, roomy, and well stocked. Having so much space in the house was great for all the kids and adults. We can’t say enough about the location! We will stay again!

Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

This is easily the favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Only reason I contemplated leaving a review, is because I don’t want others to fill the slots 😂😂 Will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts!

The home was beautiful and nicer than it looks in pictures. Well equipped with anything you may need and only a block from the beach. I can tell that everything put in this home was thoughtfully curated. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever had in an AirBnB and the bedding was soft and cozy. There is a game closet and bikes and other beach toys available which is a great added bonus. I would definitely stay here again next time in the area!

Loved our stay in Oxnard, walked to the beach and overall had a great stay, clean place. Karen was so helpful and was easy to communicate with!

Great house and fantastic location! Had a really fun time here for the Huntington Marathon.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The views from this beach house are spectacular. It is private, and the backyard was perfect for our toddler to play in. Lot's of sand, an outdoor warm shower, fabulous views. It felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the ocean sounds while falling asleep. This was a 10/10 vacation! We highly recommend a stay at Mariellen's.
