The apartment is also excellently designed for a stay with children. Incredible amount of play, even snorkeling masks and sand toys were provided. Beautiful, child-friendly beaches are a short distance away by bike. However, you must know that the immediately adjacent city is a tourist settlement. But this also brings a lot of restaurants and entertainment options. Attention: from 11/1 you live in a ghost town, because everything takes a winter break. However, Ciutadella, the nearest town, is still very worth seeing and most shops are open.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay with the whole family (grandparents, parents, grandchildren). The house and garden also offer enough space for many people with different needs to come together and retreat. Although it was already mid-October, we were able to use the cozy outdoor area for all meals and to relax (although some measures against mosquitoes were necessary). Laurence has informed us in advance about all the things that affect the house. Also about things to do on the island. It was a completely successful vacation.

The house was amazing and very well located in Fornells. The view from the house is really nice and we could go by walk to Fornells village with all restaurants and markets. The house is spacefull and well equipped. We were 2 families with kids and everyone loved the house. Juana is a very nice and helpful host. I definitely recommend her house and thank her for being so welcoming.

We were able to enjoy beautiful days in the apartment. Everything was as advertised. Very well maintained complex with very nice pool. The apartment can be recommended by us. Check-in and communication great. We would come back.

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

We were staying for a family wedding and wished we could have stayed longer. Accommodation was brilliant, spacious and the pool great. Walking distance to great restaurants and bays.

Excellent rental! Everything was as advertised. Jaume sent us regular messages to see if everything was going well and available as needed. Very good communication. Very clean apartment, impeccable bedding with all cooking equipment. Easy to park for free. Wifi ok. The location is perfect, because it's very quiet and close to the beautiful southern beaches. You can also easily discover Menorca because you will be about 1 hour from the capital Mahon and the other end of the island. We were not able to enjoy the pool as it was in February, but it was close to the apartment. I would recommend this place and Jaume!

This place was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay! We would definitely stay here again!
