A duplex on the seafront

My great-grandfather bought the land to build a small wooden house where his wife, my great-grandmother, could put on her bathing suit in private. It was the early 20th century and people were starting to swim simply for pleasure. He finally decided to build a house and that was how the first beach apartment in Puerto de Sóller came about; back then everything was countryside and he was able to choose the best views and location of the entire promenade. This apartment is the closest to the sea and is by the sand with direct access to the pool and the beach. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, ideal for families with children. Everything was clean, tidy. Plenty of towels for all guests and even towels for the beach! For children, beach toys, also umbrella and sun loungers. Quiet location close to the beach, at the same time minutes on a street full of shops, bars and restaurants. Bel responds immediately to messages. We will definitely be back!

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. Thx for having us :-)

My wife and I had a terrific stay in this spacious apartment. Hubert warmly greeted us, showed us around the apartment, and gave us helpful tips on what to do in the area. He even provided us with beverages and some delicious snacks for our first evening. We felt at home, and the apartment has everything we needed to cook meals, including all the utensils and some spices. This place is only steps from a long sandy beach and an oceanfront walking path. We highly recommend Hubert's apartment!

We had a fantastic stay at Toni’s apartment! The ocean view from every window in every room was absolutely breathtaking. Being just 20 meters from the beach, the location couldn’t be better. The area is very walkable, with a beautiful promenade stretching for miles, perfect for cycling, running, or strolling. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, which offered a great variety of options. Inside, the kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fast broadband internet was a huge bonus, especially since we needed to stay connected during our trip. Overall, Toni’s apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s the great getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Amazing house close to the beach

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful experience with our group of 5. Two grandparents were traveling with us and everyone was very comfortable. We loved walking to the ocean front every day and trying different restaurants - our favorite was El Baul, but you must get reservations ahead of time! Just a short drive over to Cala d'Or for more bustling night life and a big supermarket. We also found a wonderful sailboat charter that is equipped with a hydrolic lift that made it accessible for our grandparents to get down to the water at our stops along the way: Vita-bel with Capt. Nigel. We went to the street market in Santanyí on Saturday and visited Sant Salvador. So much to see and experience in the area - we can't wait to come back again!

Highly recommended - great location, nicely decorated, and clean. Warm welcome by Maeve! It is big enough for two persons, but you have to be prepared to go up and down stairs a lot as the (small) house has three levels. As shown on the picture the bathroom has glass walls and is next to the bed - did not bother us, but you should be aware of it.
