Holiday rentals with beach access in Cala Ferrera

Our stay with Miguel was wonderful. The apartment is top, super equipped and very clean. Communication with Miguel was straightforward and very friendly. The location of the apartment just on the promenade is a dream. I'm sure we'll be back.

We felt right at home. Everything is lovingly decorated, there are lots of extras and amenities in the apartment. The apartment has a great location with the double sea view and it was very quiet there.

The location of the apartment is lovely, right on the sea, within a short distance of all amenities, local beaches and anything you may need. The apartment inside was as described and it met all of our needs. It was well equipped and made for a great holiday. The host was fantastic in providing information up front, providing advice and guidance for specific queries we had and for support during our stay. I would highly recommend this apapartment and the host to others. First rate experience.

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

This is our second time staying with Charly and we enjoyed it very much again. The neighbor dog barks all day, but if you don't spend much time in the apartment during the day, it's not that bad. Top location and good communication with Charly.

A very nice villa on a quiet side street of Playa del Muro! Lovingly and stylishly furnished. A beautiful garden with outdoor kitchen! Many places in the garden to linger. We were two families and still had plenty of privacy. A super well-equipped kitchen! You feel at home. Very friendly and good communication with Kimberley! Thank you! Highly recommended!

The place, Casa Raya was perfect for us. The view from the terrace, and through the large panoramic window in the living room, to the sea is simply breathtakingly beautiful.. the feeling of enjoying the first coffee of the day overlooking the sparkling water and the seagulls is "pure vacation". The house is quietly located on the cliffs in the first line by the sea. Over stairs in the rock (some adventure is allowed), you can swim right in front of the house (or you can walk a few minutes to the bay). In the house there is everything you need.. the descriptions of Marion and Ben were perfect, the advance information very helpful - thank you for that. Everything was comfortable, clean and provided with loving details. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and were always friendly, even friendly in communication. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. But you should have a car. Thank you for a great time!

Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

Great stay! Would for sure stay here again. The house is amazing, and having parking was a great benefit.

The apartment of Carme was very nice. It has a great location, overlooking the sea. It has everything you need, and is very clean. Also the Better are very comfortable and it's very quiet. In 30 seconds you will be by the sea. Has shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful long sandy beach can be reached in 5 minutes. Carme responds immediately to messages and was very accommodating with the check-in time. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Thanks Carme!

The neighborhood was quiet in early April. We found parking on the street without difficulty but maybe this is more delicate in summer.

A beautiful apartment with high-quality furnishings that makes you feel right at home. Everything is available and the technical equipment is top notch. We enjoyed the two terraces and the tranquility in the complex very much. Thank you Ralf and Frank for putting so much love into the apartment and renting it out. We will be happy to come back.

Everything went perfectly, we appreciated the possibility of self-service access, we had a big delay in arrival, and we arrived at the place around the clock. The instructions were clear and accurate. Parking right in front of the house, the sea in sight, shops a few min. walk. We enjoyed the 3-hour ride on the beaches on horseback, the ranch is really close and we love the horses. Thanks for the dream come true.

Guillermo is an excellent host. Easy communication (he also speaks German) and very accommodating and friendly. He explained the house in detail, which is well equipped, clean and welcoming. We were recommended an excellent restaurant within walking distance. There is parking right by the house. The area is home to some beautiful beaches and other attractions such as the Dragon Cave. Clear recommendation and thanks for the stay.

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

We had a very nice stay here. We used Port de Soller as a base for some great cycle rides and hiking in the surrounding mountains. The apartment is very nice, bright and clean as can be seen on the pictures. The terrace is wonderful and has great views over the bay. The terrace has sunlight during the morning making a great place to enjoy breakfast. We were here in February which ment that not all supermarkets and restaurants were open on our side of the bay but we enjoyed the walk around the bay to the markets and great resturants on the opposite side. The owner Matthias was very quick and easy to comunicate with and provided all information necessary to make our stay here easy. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!
