I stayed in a four bedrooms duplex. It has a great spaces. The ground floor consists of two connected living rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. All bedrooms upstairs. Really enjoyed my stay. Recommended for big groups. All pictures reflect reality.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

This listing is such an exceptional place, I've been around a few Airbnbs globally but haven't witnessed such service as Prime Residence & exceptional support from Khaled and the team. It's truly a 5 star hotel service at an extremely affordable rate; starting with a concierge service to help with luggage, a reception that offers great refreshments and such friendly people that makes your stay feel super homely. I was impressed that there was a gym in the premises! as well as a truly impressive location which is close to 90th street & the American University in Cairo for any business trips or a selection of 3 mega malls for some shopping or family leisure. There is even an in-house kitchen that serves delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner which I find quite remarkable. If you're looking for a short term or a long term stay in Cairo away from downtown traffic and pollution Prime Residence is the perfect choice no doubt;) Thanks again Khaled & Yara, I hope I see you very soon!

The location is excellent inside the neighborhood and very close to the mall, mosque and garden Furniture is modern and the design of the space is very comfortable and surpasses 5 star hotel designs Access is very easy as it is considered a popular place within the neighborhood There are no defects and I advise everyone to stay in Residence Prime Gathering

The hospitality and warmth at the Prime Resident was great.. 5mins walk to the 90Point shopping mall ( great mall) and area was beautiful for morning walks. Enjoyed the gym facility. I will most likely return on my next visit.!

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of three during the New Year holidays. The apartment was incredibly spacious with stunning views, and having a supermarket nearby was perfect for enjoying relaxed meals at home. The location in Zamalek, an area known for its embassies and stylish shops, felt very safe and was conveniently accessible. While the shower pressure was a bit lower than expected, it was still manageable. The local support staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The location and amenities made our stay truly enjoyable, and we would definitely love to stay here again if we have the chance to visit in the future!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Garden City, Downtown Cairo. The property is exactly as described and looks just like the photos spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. All appliances are brand new and up to date, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Nile and Tahrir Square and right beside Cairo’s top 5-star hotels, tucked away in a quiet spot. It offers the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and tranquility. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo!

Wonderful experience with a professional, kind and friendly host. I would absolutely recommend this host and this particular location. Loved the patio all day and especially around sunset time. I wish I can share the amazing pictures I took. Having a cup of Egyptian tea with the sunset and the spectacular views was priceless!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The location is perfect! Yes, it is not exactly a 20min drive from Giza, but then again, you will only visit Giza once or, at maximum, twice, during your whole trip. Shopping and food was great (something we particularly enjoyed as a family of 5). Old Cairo is 30mins away and perfectly commutable (public transport is dirt cheap). Now, in terms of the apartment, it was perfect. There were 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a family of 5. There are 3 bathrooms across the apartment which was also very useful. The upstairs is decorated very nicely, with an absolutely serene view on the balcony. The TV is nice to use as well, although not used much. The area itself is really homely and is right in the centre of the newer Cairo (New Cairo), so life is more progressive here and feels more safer. The most important part - the host! Ashraf is a very lovely person! He helped with food recs, places-to-go recs and so on! I would stay here again!!

Mohamed’s place was ok. I found it very difficult to navigate through rehab city as most of the gates don’t let you in or out.

Highly recommend Khaled’s I had such an enjoyable stay at his place, he is very kind and helpful.

Ahmed's place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Ahmed and ismail were very accommodating and helpful letting me drop my bags off early. Would definitely stay here again!

Mr. Romany whom I dealt with since day one is a great person and responsive at all times, I forgot an item at the apartment so he called me to mention about it. I received the apartment in a very clean condition, clean linen. So thank you for making it up to me :)

Yousef was very responsive and helpful! He even suggested few places to eat at. He was flexible in the checkin and checkout processes. The only negative is that the apartment was fairly clean and that one of the rooms was kept for personal use. Wish we knew that before we arrived. Overall very good experience.
