A cozy house in the heart of the capital

Everything is as described on the site. Very nice hosts. Good communication. Messages were answered quickly, friendly, hospitable! The location for us was perfect as it was important for us to live near the American Embassy. It (as it was in the description) was within a 5 minute walk. There are two stunning parks nearby where you can have a great time and lots of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is clean, warm, has everything you need. Many thanks to Svetlana and Vasily for their hospitality!

Everything is wonderful , the apartment is light and cozy. At check-in, everything was clear and corresponded to the instructions and information sent to the mail. The only thing that wasn't clear was the address didn't match the maps . The navigator took us a block away from the house. But it's a navigation problem. Thank you Pavel for your constant support and attention in any matter.

I was entirely happy with the apartment throughout my long stay. Quiet, good wifi and water pressure. Plenty of hot water. A good kitchen. Sofa beds are not known for sumptuous sleeps, but the one I used was perfectly fine. Furnishing somewhat spartan, but all comfortable enough. Great host. Andries is One of the Good Guys. Will try to book this apartment again on my next visit to Chisinau.

Great location with the centre of Chișinău and the airport both easily accessible from the apartment. An easy walk to Malldova and supermarket Kaufland within walking distance. Tudor was very responsive, friendly and helpful with all our queries. The apartment itself was very clean, the layout was thoughtful and had a lot of great amenities. The bathroom facilities were excellent and sufficient space in the bedrooms. We stayed as a family of four during our time in Chișinău and we all felt very comfortable and relaxed in the apartment. Thank you Tudor for your great hosting.

Wonderful location, nearby cafe, hypermarket, pet shop. A wide beautiful street, cozy and quiet courtyard. The apartment is big, clean and bright. Beautiful view. There is air conditioning, hot water - everything is super. Very satisfied with our stay here, it is especially pleasant that it is possible with pets, we were with their dog. Nearby there is a place to walk. There are large parks and a mall nearby. Friendly and respectful admins. I recommend!
