Holiday rentals with a balcony in Cagnes-sur-Mer

The location was excellent! The place was clean and lovely and was perfect for the 4 guests. Louis even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! I would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice and ideally located apartment for a complete tour of the city of Nice. The decor and amenities at our disposal allowed us to have a pleasant stay . The reality is more beautiful than the photos so don't hesitate to come and see for yourself!

We stayed at Ulrika’s place for a week as a group of four friends, and it was perfect. The apartment was spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and incredibly well-equipped. There was everything we needed to make meals (from crockery to herbs&spices), there were essentials already in the shower & bathroom, even washing powder to do some laundry. Nothing was missing from the place. The location was also excellent, very close to the train station and main tram stops, a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants. The building was secure and on a quiet street. Ulrika was super helpful, responded very fast and was very accommodating, even letting us check in early. We’d recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

A great place to stay, will definitely come back again. Close to city center, including bars, shopping, train station and the coast.

Clearly disappointed to have returned home. I had an amazing vacation, a very accessible, clean and spacious apartment. I would highly recommend this listing. The host is very welcoming and responsive, thank you a thousand times I had a good holiday in the sun.

This was one of our best stays ever. We were a family of six, including four grown kids. We stayed for 9 nights. Hanne was an excellent host: Hanna's communication and instructions were super easy and clear, and she was quick to respond. She shared lots of suggestions for local attractions and restaurants, and made us feel at home from the time we arrived. Great accommodation: exactly as advertised, comfortable layout, spotless, ALL you can need, great and well equipped kitchen. Great location: short walk to the promenade, restaurants and shops and various bus stops just around the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nice.

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.
