The space is very clean and smelling, all organized, varieties of utensils in the kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa, all appliances working normally. Very kind and available host.

We stayed only one night but we felt at home, very good place, complete, large apartment, for those looking for a place to stay for several days, it is very worthwhile, will not miss anything . Very good location, easy access to a garage and safe. Anyway, we love the place!

I performed surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The building's restaurant is a plus when you can't go anywhere else, home-made food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice always at your disposal to remedy any questions. Alexandre was a great host. He always responded quickly. Very good apto, with everything you need, all brand new. Well located and served us perfectly. We were me, my wife and two grown children. Marina was super proactive in everything we had of doubts and questions. The place is great, exactly as described, and has accommodated our group of 21 people with tranquility and comfort. We even feel sorry to no longer enjoy the house!

Excellent stay, communication was always quick and clear, check-in was easy to make, the property is excellent, the house is huge and corresponds exactly to the photos, very good. We were in 8 adults and 1 child and served very well. I recommend it.

The positive reviews of host Alex and the venue were confirmed early in the stay. Thanks to the clear and objective instructions both the check-in, the first access, other pedestrian or car access throughout the stay were simplified, even via APP. The host returned immediately upon being called. The site has fully met the needs and will be part of the favorites in a possible return.

For those who will take the U.S. visa to go on foot at the Consulate. The apto is inside a condominium club with various services on site. The apartment is beautiful and complete.

Anderson was an excellent host and his apartment met our family's needs well. The condominium where the apartment is located is secure and has many facilities such as gym, barbecue kiosks (which Anderson kindly reserved for our use during the stay), playgrounds and sports courts for children. It even has laundry and market 24h in the condominium, really catering to all the necessities. I recommend the apartment and also the host!

very good apartment, good location, little noisy location, an Uber for areas like center and Iguatemi is no more than 25 reais, apartment equipped with everything necessary (refrigerator, stove, washing machine) and with more things like barbecue, very receptive host, explained everything very well NOTE 10
