Hosting was top notch. The host always requests, extremely polite and proactive. The apartment is very well located, close to good restaurants, top Market and the Angeloni supermarket, in addition to the proximity of other places in the center of Florianópolis. The interior of the apto is very cozy, it makes you want to live in the apartment. I used a lot of the gym that works 24 hours and through adaptations you can do full workouts. The host was flexible at check-in and check-out, which for me helped a lot. As for the utensils the apt is quite complete and has everything as if I were at home. The TV tb schedule is quite complete and it was possible to watch some movies on Disney Plus and Netflix as the season of Round 6. Anyway, just compliments for hosting, will certainly be among the favorites in a possible return. Thanks!

Unspectable is the word that best describes Gabriela's accommodation. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, but with the differential of a special touch of affection and care. Everything was thought of in the smallest detail: from the impeccable cleaning of the space to the sheets and towels, all extremely clean and smelling. The very well-equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare an amazing set table for the New Year's Eve dinner, using most of the utensils available on site. In addition, communication with Gabriela has always been fast and efficient. Whenever I needed it, I received all the necessary support. I recommend with my eyes closed!

The apartment was neat, very clean and comfortable. The area was super central, a few blocks from the beach, with a lot of development. Host was very kind and helpful at all times. Parking was easy to access and convenient. Everything 10 points. Spotless!!

We had a wonderful stay, to begin with, Valmi gave us details about the entrance to the house. When we entered we could not believe the beautiful view that has the sea, the photos do not reflect how beautiful it is. The garden space extremely cared for, very beautiful. It has a stove that we took several nights and enjoyed it very much. The house has everything, nothing is missing to have a pleasant stay, all the appliances, all the crockery, beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, everything. The descent to the beach is a few meters away, both in praia do forte and that of Jureré international. The hosts at all times attentive, and recommended a very nice place to meet (Santo Antonio de Lisboa). Looking forward to coming back and we will surely do so. We enjoyed every space in the place, and especially the breakfast with that unparalleled view.

I will never stay in such a beautiful and cozy house like Isaiah's house, all the utensils, appliances, all very good accommodations. Beyond the wonderful outdoor space! I only have to thank Glênio for the great reception I had during those days on the campeche in florianópolis. Very well cared and structured site (I found the location good in the photos, but it's even better in person). Suzanne is very friendly and has everything organized, clear instructions and communication with her is always very fluid. Except for an air conditioning that was not working in the living room and dining room, everything else was perfect and commensurate. I 100% recommend the apartment, the condominium where it is located is very nice, quiet, safe and with good facilities such as swimming pool, gym, temperate pool, jacuzzi, games for children and the best… a 24/7 convenience store within the same condominium. Campeche beach is just a short walk away and is ideal for families as it is spacious and quiet. It was a pleasure to rent the apartment with Suzanne.

Proximity of the sea is the high point, which deserves to be highlighted, just cross the street in front of the building and we are already on the catwalk that leads to the sea.
