I loove the place!! Super appreciate the little details such as games, candle, YL diffuser, slippers, vanity kit, hand soaps. The overall look of the place is very cozy and homey. Will surely reco and would like to go back for sure!♥️

I had an ejoyable three week stay at Gracy's home. Gracy's home is a simple, older, two-story, traditional Filipino style home but was very cozy and quiet. The home had all the necessary kitchen appliances needed for cooking and also had very strong air conditioning. My girlfriend and I mostly slept in the main bedroom upstairs because it was the roomiest, but there were two other smaller rooms on the same floor. Taller or bigger adults might not like the size of the bathrooms and showers. The WiFi connection was very fast and strong. The home is in a safe, exclusive residential community and there was regular, free shuttle service to the nearby Ayalas Mall Solenad in Nuvali (15 min drive) for shopping. There were some minor nitpicks like occasional ants or worms here and there, and the bathroom sinks only running cold water but thankfully no major issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Gracy's place and would highly recommend it to other tourists looking for a place for longer stays.

Stayed here for two days including Christmas eve. Thank you John Michael and his caretaker Mam Lyn for a great stay and indeed a great Christmas. This is one of the few units in Serin that offers a great view. The unit has its own bedroom and a very spacious balcony. It is very clean and well-set up. You can do light cooking. Maluwag ang buong room. We have two kids and they pretty much enjoyed the whole space. Yung Serin Mall is literally just a stone-throw away. Tapat mismo ng lobby ng building ang Serin Mall. All things you need to buy, quick bites, etc you can go to serin mall. Lyn the caretaker was very accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. Wifi connection is not reliable , to be fair sa buong Tagaytay naman, di talaga maganda providers ng internet. We just used our own data connection to enjoy their nice tv. Malinis , mabango , complete amenities. Will definitely save this property. Salamat po sa pagpapatuloy sa amin.

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Neil’s cabin! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how immaculately clean and well-maintained everything was. The open floor plan made the space feel incredibly spacious and airy, with natural light pouring in. The attention to detail in the cabin's decor created such a warm, inviting atmosphere. We particularly appreciated that everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The owner was exceptional in their communication, responding quickly to any questions we had. He was even very considerate wrt to the check-in and out timings. This cabin has definitely become our new favorite getaway spot!

A gem in Tagaytay City. Beautiful accommodation for the entire family. It exceeded our expectations. And the charm of Deuxe Point was really amazing. Tips for future travelers: 1. When raining and foggy, do not use the shortcut by waze via Bulalo road, too foggy to see in a narrow winding road, better to enter via the main gate at Coffee Project. 2. Garage has a steep incline, and wet tiles on wet tires slip make it difficult to park up front. By design, there is an available parking on the parallel street at the back door, very convenient. 3. I haven’t read from the post, but the actual property is 4-storey, i’m just as amazed how we could all fit comfortably. 4. The area has poor mobile phone reception for both globe and smart carrier. Do enable phone settings VOWIFI (Voice over wifi) or Wifi Calling, to be able to contact the outside world. Wifi is good. 5. Both Host and Caretaker are very accommodating, going the extra mile. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

Little Ajumma’s Bed and Breakfast (and restaurant!) made my family’s New Year Celebration, and my Birthday 🥰 a weekend very well spent! I’ll go ahead and commend the food, first and foremost, because it was really delicious! Our two-day breakfasts were great, and my birthday lunch was a hit! ☺️ Manage your expectations though, the place is not really brand new, but you can be assured it is clean. 👌🏻 No foul smells, no insects. The L-shaped sofa is comfy and perfect for movie marathons and the 8-seater dining set is big enough even for 10! The open plan living-dining-kitchen area is spacious. My 2-y/o niece had a blast running around inside the house. 😅 You get your money’s worth and more! More being the lush greenery of the surroundings. We had short but refreshing morning walks around the compound. If you are a dog person you’ll enjoy it here more! ☺️ The staff were wonderful as well! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn’t get all their names but special mention to Myla for being of assistance 24/7! Overall a nice experience, great way to kick off 2022! 🥳🎉

Ms. Jannette is very accommodating and easy to deal with. The house is very cozy and conducive when we arrived. we felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The place was very quiet and peaceful. You can do a lot of things like grilling and trying out their hammock. The garage can fit two cars. Thank you Ms Janette til next! 👍👍👍👍

The location was also convenient because there was a Waltermart nearby. The place was good to stay and to relax, Highly recommended!

A homey place. At first I thought that not having an AC unit would be a concern, but I was wrong. We felt very comfortable with just electric fans — perhaps also because it’s in the middle of Dec. I’m not sure how it would be during the peak of summer months. What I love most about the unit is that it’s situated inside a beautiful and safe community. We’d like to explore the idea of renting long term next time. Thank you for a great overnight stay.

Brian’s place is very homey and roomy for my family really closed to the mall for different restaurant choices, host is very accommodating for all our needs, bathroom needs a little thorough cleaning but other than that no issues with anything, well definitely book again if we come back.

Jannin, as a host, is super hospitable, accessible and helpful. Excellent service and I really thank her for that. The place was as expected from the photos. We chose this primarily because it has a room where our baby can nap / sleep with privacy while we do our stuff in the living room. It was perfect, except for some very minor cleanliness issue, but was resolved by Jannin during our stay. I still rated it 5 over 5 for the value. Til next time!
