Laurent was a great host - the property is in a nice, remote location. We loved utilising the pool and ventured out for canoeing, restaurants and shops all within 10-20min drive.

Excellent stay in the cottage of Celine and Johann who are very welcoming and very responsive hosts. The cottage is superb, very well equipped and very well heated at the end of February where we were able to enjoy the jaccuzi and the sauna at our convenience. We were 2 families = 4 adults and 5 teenagers, the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our little troupe. The location of the cottage is also perfect in a quiet area in the small village of Veyrignac less than 15 minutes walk from the Dordogne.

One week stay during the Toussaint 2024 holidays with 2 adults + 3 children. Old house with 4 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and toilet upstairs (+billiards and foosball!), and on the living room ground floor +kitchen+1 other bathroom/wc. For 5 very comfortable with lots of space and just what you need in terms of furnishings. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. Didn't get a chance at this time to go into the garden or use the pool. Possibility to park the car (minivan 7pl) in the small courtyard in front of the house. Possibility to walk to town from the house + with the car quite a few sites to visit within 45 minutes. José is very proactive in making sure everything goes smoothly.

Great house and great host! Family stay, house with all comforts, peaceful garden and pool, all without any overlook! Very quiet, It feels like the middle of nowhere and yet bcp of visits to do in the region, recommended by the host and never disappointed! We just spent a week of pure relaxation. Extremely pleasant cottage where we are alone in the world with everything to spend a beautiful holiday, swimming pool, jacuzzi, walk in the private park, etc... We had a wonderful stay at Florence's in her beautiful rural house located in the splendid Dordogne Valley. Florence was an exemplary host, always available, very kind and full of good tips for discovering this rich region. The house was impeccably clean, very quiet, perfect for resting and enjoying nature. In the evening, we were able to admire an incredible starry sky thanks to the low light pollution, which made our experience even more magical. Thanks to Florence for an unforgettable stay!

It is a very beautiful property full of charm combining tradition and modernity. The house is extremely well-equipped and I challenge you to find something you would miss. The sleeping area is on 2 floors and ideal for 6 adults and 4 children who can benefit from the cabin room with discreet entrance 😁 Charming and characterful residence with a beautiful outdoor space that we were unfortunately not able to try given the period of our stay..... who knows for next time!! We would recommend this listing without reservation

We spent 5 days (with our two teenagers) very nice in this beautiful house that has everything from the family home. It is located quietly but 5 mins from the village of Montpezat and close to the visits we had scheduled . Our hosts have been discreet but responsive to each request. The pool was welcome .

Very pleasant accommodation, in perfect condition, it seems almost new. The common areas are very nice, large, nicely decorated and the bedrooms are also very beautiful and comfortable. Everything is perfectly equipped including the kitchen: everything is there, including nice large wine glasses. Large garden behind the house with covered terrace; it was not barbecues season but it makes you want to come back!

A good stay, the kitchen offered by mees is hearty. Homemade bread is a delice, I highly recommend having breakfast! Pretty view of Montbrun Castle

An ideal place to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature, quiet, and in the middle of the holm oaks while being close to the pretty village of Catus, its local shops and its Lac Vert. The covered terrace allows for perfect moments of relaxation and healing. Communication with Stéphanie and Stéphane is perfect in terms of the organization of the stay, access to the accommodation until the day of departure. A place where you feel "at home", which makes you want to come back or share.

What a lovely haven of peace in the middle of a grove! The house is very nice, tastefully renovated and very well equipped (especially the kitchen, there is everything you need and quality cooking equipment). We were able to make a fire in the evening in the wood stove thanks to the wood left by Frédéric. The surroundings are quiet and conducive to beautiful walks in the forest. An enchanted break.

Thomas’s house is in a perfect setting, a very quite area of the village. The facilities are very good, we had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The house was immaculate when we arrived, and we had a friendly welcome from Thomas’s mother. The parking is perfect for a large car. The house is ideally located for walking into the village, and for exploring some of the best parts of the area by car.

Listing as described and expected. Perfect stay. As the house is old-fashioned and in the middle of nowhere (well, not quite sincethere are plenty of forests around), we live a little out of time. This is rare and very relaxing in the end and I spent a while there. Thank you! P.-S.: The toilet (paper to throw in a trash can rather than in the toilet) should not be a problem for those traveling on islands for example where access to sewers is limited.

We had a pleasant stay at the property of Régis in Paponia. The cottage with its shared pool is clean, comfortable and located in nature very close to tourist places. The host and his daughter were very welcoming and attentive. We'd love to come back.
