Very peaceful location which is what we wanted

I had an amazing time during my stay. Julie was an excellent host, very responsive to any inquiries. She has excellent recommendations for things to do, restaurants in the area or anything else one might need. The place itself is in a great neighborhood with amazing view and a great pool. I wouldn't hesitate to book again next time I'm in Cabo.

We have two little kids and one of them sleeps in a baby crib, Robert arranged a baby crib especially for our son, great service 🙏🙏🙏 The set-up is chill, relaxed and good vibes. The house was clean and lots of sheets and towels. Super close to a beautiful uncrowded beach and we saw the whales jumping every day. What a beautiful spot.

We had an amazing stay. Erick responded to our questions within seconds. He was really kind and helped us out a ton. The place was very clean the wifi was strong and I love that the place was soo close to all the good spots. It was super comfortable to sleep because as soon as the curtains were closed the room was really dark. We stayed at a hotel previously and had a horrible experience. So glad we found this place. If you want a quiet stay while being able to walk and get cheap ubers then this is the spot to go. The place is alot bigger in person. Wouldn’t change a thing about it don’t hesitate to book!

Since I arrived the service was immediate, I was received by Araceli recommended activities. The place is very conveniently located. They were always on the lookout for anything I needed. I was very comfortable in the house. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay! The home is beautiful, and the hosts were wonderful. They even had a welcome package for us when we arrived. Always responsive and had great suggestions, answering all of my questions. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, and the patio and roof top were priceless. Felt very much at home and comfortable. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Cabo! Would totally recommend staying with Micaela and Raul! Simply wonderful!

Ann is quite friendly and helped us with the arrival since at night there is no difference how to enter (walking), by car it should be easier. The house has everything you need to eat, clean and rest, recommended place.

Nura was among amazing host considering we were trying to communicate in from two different time zones. She answered all our questions and was very helpful. Very thankful for her assistance before and during our trip.

Have stayed at Maria's once before, and it was just as great an experience as I had the first time. Quiet, peaceful, and feels like home. Many Cabo listings advertise a "walkable" location but what they don't tell you is that you will be walking the hills. At Maria's, it's truly walkable. Her location is at the bottom of the Pedregal hill so your walk to the marina, to the main drag, to Medano is all flat. I travel solo quite often and I have never had any issue walking alone to and from Maria's during the day or night. She equips the house with everything you'll need, and thinks of the little details that make such a positive difference. Well worth it, I recommend staying here if you're looking for a cozy studio in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown.
