The stay was very welcoming, the host was very open and helpful. Very good place for families with children, spacious apartment. Everything was in the house towels, beach umbrella. I recommend this places.

Our stay at the villa was perfect. The villa is located in a private residence where the entrance is monitored 24/7 by a caretaker. The setting is beautiful and the villa gives direct access to the beach through the garden. Finally the real plus of this villa for us is the pool with its large garden very well maintained. Special mention to Abderrezak who is the caretaker of the villa and is very responsive to the request we can make to him. Thank you again for this vacation!

The flat is modern and very clean. it was very well equipped and everything about it was easy. Zakaria the owner is a gentleman of the old school. Very helpful. The only thing missing is a traditional pop up toaster. All the rest is there. I shall be back. I can highly recommend the flat.

Oussama is a top host. very friendly and helpful. House is very spacious and clean and equipped with all the comforts. Location of the house is perfect, everything is nearby: beach is within 10 minutes walking distance and in addition various shops and restaurants nearby. All in all, a top house with a perfect location. I will definitely come back here.

The house is enormous, with four spacious bedrooms that provided more than enough space for our family. The location is perfect, nestled in a safe and tranquil neighborhood. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view from the villa. We could see the beach just a few meters away, and the sight was breathtaking. The beach itself is pristine and easily accessible, making it perfect for morning walks and relaxing afternoons. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautifully situated on the beach with amazing views. Managed a couple of dips/swims in January! Tétouan a lovely place to visit nearby with a big Carrefour. Lovely walk on the pine peninsular. Very chic en-suite bedrooms.

Location location location! You can’t find a closer place to the beach than this one. The place is very spacious with many rooms and Mohammed is super friendly host who made sure we had an amazing stay. We had to book more nights because this place just kept calling our names to stay.

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

We had a great stay at the Lucas house. It is an authentic riad in the heart of the medina, very quiet and safe (right next to the royal palace). Everything inside has a lot of charm and has a terrace upstairs overlooking Tetuan. Communication with Naoufal and the reception with Khalid was perfect, always friendly and available. We repeat for sure. 100% recommended

Excellent place and really peaceful for a short disconnect vacation, the beach is just in front , nice and safe place , the kids enjoyed the place , recommended for family and sure we will be back again :)

I had a great time in the apartment. It definitely felt like a cozy home. you will find anything needed around the house. Louki, the gate keeper and the neighbours are very friendly und uncomplicated people. if you want some local experience, I totally recommend you this spot!

Hasan's place is perfectly located for a sea holiday. The residence is 100 m from the beach. A sandy beach and clear water (Club Med didn't settle there for no reason;)). The apartment is very good. The view is beautiful. The residence's swimming pool is also very good. As for Hassan, he was very responsive to all our requests and was very helpful when our son became ill. In short, positive things. Thank you Hassan!
