Holiday rentals with beach access in Bwejuu

The Airbnb looks even prettier in person than on the pictures. All the information given by Ann-Sofie was very accurate and helpful. She even helped me organize a taxi from and back to the airport that has a fair price. If I had a question or an issue she was available asap and her responses were always swift and helpful. The accommodation is amazing and beautiful. I will definitely visit again! The compound also has a reception area and little coffee area for breakfast. The pool is always available and very nice to cool off even after a Long Beach day. (Hopefully next time they will have some umbrellas- the delivery is delayed) but apart from that it is beautiful. You can reach a lot of restaurants and the beach by foot and Ann-Sofie also provides information on how to find your way around the area. All in all 10/10

"We had an amazing holiday stay at Elisa eco-friendly villa , i am impressed how beautiful and creative her garden is( everythings in the garden is eatable ) The host was very accommodating and made sure our stay were comfortable. The villa is beautifully designed and environmentally conscious, which made me feel good about my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique and sustainable experience." the (3) apartments are nicely located on a private fenced property with a (masai) security at night. hosts are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. as it is a little community you are likely to interact with the 2 other apartments when occupied. we had very nice neighbours with whom we spent some nice evenings. You should be aware that the apartments do not have airconditioning so in the two hot months of January and February it can become very warm in the apartments with only a ceiling fan. But we had a very nice and welcoming stay here.

We loved staying at Shazma’s place! She was very responsive and helpful! Her place is in the perfect location and I loved that we never experienced any of the power outages that typically happen in Zanzibar. I highly recommend this place!

Wow! My wife and I had booked an Airbnb months ago and last minute the host canceled. We began to panic since our trip was only weeks away and we have 3 kids (5, 7, and 10). We contacted Jan who answered so many of our questions. Once we arrived the place was minutes walking to the beach! Also, the area was very safe and quiet. There were many children and locals who greeted us every morning. Our first night we stayed on the beach and a local dug us a bonfire in the sand and helped us home when we got lost. We shared the property with his family and another guest who were all lovely and played bachata at night! Every morning the house help Ms K made us fresh juice, cleaned our room, and made us breakfast. She was wonderful! The driver that Jan sent to pick us at the airport was amazing! And we paid him to take us to Memba island and a really nice sandbank with seafood lunch. The only con was the 3rd bed did not have a mosquito net. Which was okay because my kids just shared a bed.

We stayed in Dan and Sofie's apartment for 5 weeks. And had a very pleasant stay. The apartment offers everything you need for a longer stay and is very clean. The outside location, especially the pool, is fantastic. Stores, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. Dan and Sofie are great hosts and quick to help with any problems. Unfortunately the wifi in the apartment was not 100% stable during our stay. The router often lost the connection to our devices. We had technicians in the apartment several times unfortunately no real solution was found. The internet is definitely fast enough to work remotely. Only the connection is a problem. For video calls you should have a local sim card to be on the safe side.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was impeccably clean, and the local shops were easily accessible, which made our experience even more convenient. Although we encountered occasional issues with the electricity, they were promptly resolved. Miss. Mwanjuma was incredibly friendly, helpful, and ensured the house remained spotless throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained accommodation.

Ernst is a very good gatsgeber . He responds immediately and always helps. Everything is very well organized. He has arranged the help on site very well. There is always a contact person there. Maybe think about an emergency power unit......The house is located directly on the beach , just a few steps to the sea. Absolutely quiet location. Thank you very much for the nice time there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ingrid's place. The ability to walk out directly to the beach was incredible - as well as the night bed! It was very clean and the flexible check-in worked out very well for us as we were running a little late. Overall, great stay and well worth it.

Liza and Raphael are great hosts. The house is simply fantastic and you immediately feel at home. The location was perfect for us. It's not so touristy and crowded there. Really pleasant to enjoy the island. Hatibu and his team take great care of you and you feel very well looked after. The food was fresh and delicious every day. The manager Hatibu is always available and fulfills your every wish. For me there is really nothing to complain about. We stayed here for a week with the whole family (6 people) and at the end we really didn't want to leave at all. It is one of those places that you would prefer to keep to yourself. An insider tip. Our stay in Uroa was wonderful. Emanuele put us in touch with his property manager who helped us with everything from airport transfers, setting up tours and even getting some medicine when some of our family came down with the flu. Uroa is a little bit remote in terms of amenities but that is what we were looking for. There are a few local restaurants within walking distance on the beach but not much more than that. We enjoyed walking the beach every day, swimming and wading out to the sand bar at low tide. There are also people/companies on the beach if you want to setup snorkeling tours or watersports. The caretaker and the housekeeper do a wonderful job keeping up the property and the housekeeper even made a few meals for us with the groceries we bought in Stonetown! The house was beautiful and in good repair. Beds were good and the pool was great to relax in. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, just what we needed at the end of our trip to Tanzania!

We stayed at the beachhouse for a week as a family with three young children. From the first moment we felt very comfortable and welcome. Everything was clean and the beds decorated with fresh flowers for us. The location is quiet and secluded with a bombastic sea view which was perfect for us. However, several cottages are currently being built on the property next door, then it will certainly get more lively. We didn't need a rental car during the week as there is even a shopping service. We didn't do any excursions, it came the week after. The communication with Nathalie was great, she is always there for her guests with help and advice. You can even order breakfast and dinner, everything is delivered freshly prepared. The kitchen was a little tight for us with 5 people, and there were no sharp knives, we luckily had one with us. All in all, this place invites you to unwind and relax in paradise

The house is beautiful and spacious. The outside is serene and there is plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the pool. Klaudia was easy to communicate with from the start and provided all the info we needed. The house manager, Aziza, was amazing. She went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made us feel at home. Jambiani is a great place to vacation, with plenty of restaurants and it's very close to Paje. I would stay here again

My 3 week stay at Wanja's place was peaceful and I felt at home. Wanja and the Aura Space Team were always responsive to my inquires and accommodating to my needs during my stay. This was my first visit to East Africa and to Zanzibar so I appreciated each of the dining and sightseeing suggestions Wanja provided. The area was very walkable and I met many friendly locals who helped to make my stay enjoyable. I would stay at Wanja's place again.

All I wanted was somewhere private, peaceful, and quite, and it's exactly what I got. Abdulla is a great host, very responsive and always ready to help. I will definitely come back here when I visit Zanzibar again.

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

Really lovely apartment with wonderful outside space and air conditioned en suite bedrooms. I loved being able to nip to the beach for my early morning swim and then come back to relax in the pool which, although it's small, was great for cooling off. We managed to have all 4 of us (2 adults plus 2 full sized teens) in at once. Sonia was really welcoming and very helpful, always responding quickly to queries both before and during our stay. She also gave us handy info about local restaurants who we could message and have deliver to the apartment which was perfect for us. Eating on the terrace every night was great. All in all a lovely week in a beautiful apartment with a great host. Thank you

We enjoyed staying at Rashad’s place. It’s close to everything and just a walking distance to the beach. There are other restaurants around the place. Cleaners comes every morning if you want cleaning. Rashid is a nice person and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place to other Airbnb community.
